My daughter played at the fountain works at vivo mall and gotten shoes almost soaking wet. The gentleman who helped us don't mind at all ang got us the right size and good service with a heartfelt smile.

This happen on 26th Dec 2023, at about 5pm. The lady manager of this Bata shoes outlet at the Habourfront was not helpful as not willing get he shoe size that I had asked for. The reason being told was she had a lot of other customers to serve. Means that I am not consider as one of the customer or not important to her? She raised her voice to me and showed a rude face when I asked am I not considered as one of the Bata customer? So ridiculous and really puzzled me!!!! At the end, i decided not to argue with this unreasonable lady manager and walked away. I hope the management from the Bata shoes can looks into this case seriously. Please train and educate your outlet's manager on how to serve customer in manner before hire/promote them.
