Served by Darren. Great service, he went into details and understand what I need, instead of pushing things that I do not need. Let us try the uJolly sync, even I told him I don’t have intention to buy massage chair today and explain the products, no hard sell and is sincere. I was impressed by the massage anyway, I think I’m gonna purchase next time round! He also make sure my friend is comfortable waiting around and let them try.

Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. When a purchased went wrong. Staff immediately begin blaming the buyer saying that it is their own fault for not checking the product. Despite no warning or advice was given during/prior to the purchase like most other shop whould. No Label was indicated on product either in regard to the game's region. I Will Never buy from Play-e again after this Transection.

Right next to the movie theater, easy to locate. Awesome selection! Must visit if you are a gamer!! They have various types of game titles which you can select from. Usually it’s crowded because their service is really good and they hold awesome items. I would definitely visit again as it’s really convenient and the staffs are really knowledgeable.

Sad to share that this business is perfectly okay with selling opened and re-sealed product. I recently ordered some pokemon boxes from them and the packs were all opened, and glued. Some of the packs were even sealed with a fake plastic wrapper. I have uploaded some pics to show the obvious fake booster pack wrappers. They should not be see through on the other side, it should be shiny metallic. After sharing the obvious evidence and even comparing the boxes with their other stock, they still refused to refund or replace the item since it was opened. Even with clear evidence the product was tampered with. Avoid them at all costs! If you get worthless product they will do nothing to make it right and you are forced to lose money.

Went to the store to buy Pokémon cards for my friend’s child. After payment and leaving the store, my son scrutinised the packet and we found it rather dodgy. 2 of 5 packets looked like they have been resealed. We weren’t sure and went to a nearby 7-Eleven to purchase 1 packet for comparison. The colour of the packet from 7-Eleven looks more vibrant. The first 2 photos show the comparison between the packet from PlayE and 7-Eleven. The last 2 photos (taken at the shop after I returned to ask for a refund) show the 2 packets that looked resealed. Please be cautious.
