The customer service was excellent. My time at Puma VivoCity was convenient. I was able to buy a pair conveniently and unforced. The store also offered a variety of unique designs. I will go back when I visit Singapore again in the future.

Hi I just went to bought 2 shoes today for my mom and my daughter and it was a amazing experience to shop with the staffs there were all incredibly helpful,friendly ,knowledgeable about the product they representing . Above that I wish to highlight on one of the staff by the name of LOUIS ,he was amazingly helpful my mom was wheelchair bound and he patiently assist her with patience explaining the detail and even to my daughter his knowledge of the brand was superb and honest in his recomendation. The store is well-organized, making it easy to browse through their collection of shoes, apparel, and accessories. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help with recommendations or sizing. Prices are reasonable, and there are often great deals or promotions available. A must-visit for anyone looking for trendy and functional sports gear in Singapore’s largest mall!

I was here to try the deviate nitro 3 after hearing all the good things about it from my friends. The sales person nick was very helpful and knowledge in assisting me with this particular model. He tried really hard to make it work for me but in the end I did not buy as it wasn't really suitable for my troublesome feet. I really appreciate him for his professionalism. I also appreciate that the store opened earlier than the advertised 10. 30am.

All the staff are very approachable and helpful. Special mention to Nick for assisting us with our Puma Speedcat Order. I ordered for my friend but we had issue with the size. Nick was very glad to assist and help us with the correct size. I have some encounters with other stores who are not approachable and would show annoyance for simple requests but never have I ever felt this in any Puma outlets and staff. So kudos to Puma Team for hiring professionals and approachable team members.

We were shopping for suits and dress shoes and was serviced by Sally, she was very warm and made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. She gave us wonderful suggestions and we ended up going with it, the alteration and tapering process went smoothly as well. When we came back to collect the suits, she was just as friendly and made sure everything was perfect before we left!

On 29 July, i visited to look for a formal shirt. I want to express my appreciation to your staff, Sally. She is the most polite and professional staff member i have met over the years, making me feel very welcome in the store. As i was comparing and deciding which shirt to buy that day, she patiently gave me recommendations and shared her expertise with me. With her great help and advice, I ended buying a shoes and 2 shirt too. Thank you so much Sally ☺️

First time shopping in BB. Overall had a pleasant experience at BB Vivo City today. Great customer service from Elvis, who is friendly, and able to very quickly recommend the right sizes for best fit. Will come back again.
