Bought a pokemon crown zenith vmax box this afternoong only to realised the box was lightly damaged when I reached home and the defects are only visible when I open the original packaging, called the store and ask if can make an exception to exchange as this is meant for a gift (not asking for full refund), however staff dont allow an exchange because I opened the packaging already (the packaging is not damaged anyway), I understand their T&C but can't they understand how they will feel if they spent $150 for a defective item and not allowed an exchange? They could've handled cases better depends on the situation. Utterly disappointed as I have to buy another gift. Strong advice to all, dont buy pokemon TCG box collection here if you're buying as a gift

Went to the store to buy Pokémon cards for my friend’s child. After payment and leaving the store, my son scrutinised the packet and we found it rather dodgy. 2 of 5 packets looked like they have been resealed. We weren’t sure and went to a nearby 7-Eleven to purchase 1 packet for comparison. The colour of the packet from 7-Eleven looks more vibrant.
The first 2 photos show the comparison between the packet from PlayE and 7-Eleven. The last 2 photos (taken at the shop after I returned to ask for a refund) show the 2 packets that looked resealed. Please be cautious.

Sad to share that this business is perfectly okay with selling opened and re-sealed product. I recently ordered some pokemon boxes from them and the packs were all opened, and glued. Some of the packs were even sealed with a fake plastic wrapper.
I have uploaded some pics to show the obvious fake booster pack wrappers. They should not be see through on the other side, it should be shiny metallic.
After sharing the obvious evidence and even comparing the boxes with their other stock, they still refused to refund or replace the item since it was opened. Even with clear evidence the product was tampered with.
Avoid them at all costs! If you get worthless product they will do nothing to make it right and you are forced to lose money.

Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional.
When a purchased went wrong. Staff immediately begin blaming the buyer saying that it is their own fault for not checking the product. Despite no warning or advice was given during/prior to the purchase like most other shop whould.
No Label was indicated on product either in regard to the game's region.
I Will Never buy from Play-e again after this Transection.

Their single Pokemon packs under the counter are fakes! I bought a sealed tin as well so see the pic comparisons below. Left is fake right is real (along with my receipt and fake hit from the fake pack, it has no holo ar all) Do not buy

They have various types of game titles which you can select from. Usually it’s crowded because their service is really good and they hold awesome items.
I would definitely visit again as it’s really convenient and the staffs are really knowledgeable.

Good selection of video games, trading card and etc... Place where you can shop for Christmas gift for friends and love one. Staff also very friendly make you feel comfortable to chit chat with them asking for game tips.
