Located in Vivocity Mall. Wide selection of collectible toys- such as Bearbricks. Always good to window shop at Action City to view their wide range of 1000% Bearbricks. Though this branch is much smaller than the outlet at Nee Ann City and MBS, there is a still a decent collection here. The bearbricks are sold at a premium price.

Quite a small place. Went there two times for Sonny Angles. Overall it’s good. But the staffs are not well trained. My first visit is like absolutely funny. (nov 5) The cashier staff don’t even bother to ask me about anything. He just scanned and tapped them. And put them in a bag. Like literally no words. Please don’t work in retail and customer service. If you are not interested in it. Thank You.

The customer service was great. Salesperson JC Teh patiently answered my queries. Ended up buying 2 pairs of prescription transition glasses for me and my wife, to replace our old glasses.

Great customer service from the sales rep "Austin". I ordered prescription sports glasses but after using, I realised it was not to my liking. Thankfully the store offers one time amendment in case of discomfort or ill-fitting glasses. In my case, I swapped to a new frame new lens entirely because the old lens model was too thick and pressed on my face. (new frame costed the same price). When I returned today, the sales rep was very patient and educational. Much appreciated 👍

did not manage to get the sales assistant lady’s (long straight brown hair lady) name but she was super helpful and patient with us even though she had so many customers in store and her colleague was on lunch break on a saturday afternoon. definitely will go back to this outlet just for her service. thanks for helping me customize my frogskin! bought two sunglasses, frogskin and hstn, and i am very happy with my purchase.

Had a great time in store, ended up getting the custom bxtr. I had an issue with the first pair that arrived, a manufacturing fault. I reached out to the store, within 5min Kent had reordered me a new pair. Fantastic service, worth the price.
