Jia Wen provided awesome service and serves with a smile. Before I enter the shop, I can see she was trying to better adjust the store’s display products and it shows she really cares. Great experience at Pedro thanks to her :)

Would not recommend anyone to buy shoes from Pedro. Shoe quality and customer service are absolutely terrible. This is my first time buying from Pedro and I’m absolutely disappointed by the quality and workmanship. I bought a pair of black work shoes and after wearing it for just a month, I noticed holes on several pairs of my socks at the toe area. Upon further inspection, I found out that the inner lining of the shoe has torn resulting in abrasion, causing the holes in a few pairs of socks. When I contacted Pedro customer service, they told me to bring it down to the store for to do a check. At the store, they said it would be sent to the factory. There was no update after a week, and I called the shop only to find out it wasn’t sent to the factory yet. Few days later, Pedro replied to us that the hole in the inner lining of the shoe is due to wear and tear and closed the case. I contacted customer service again, they mentioned its wear and tear and nothing could be done, and closed the email case without giving me a chance to respond (3 times), even when I didn’t agree for it to be closed. I am extremely disappointed that wearing the shoe for 1 month can result in wear and tear, this shows the quality of Pedro shoes and I do not recommend anyone buying from here. I’ve previously worn work shoes from other brands for many years and have not encountered such issues before. It’s a $150 shoe which is around the same price as Hansen Bootmaker, Aldo, Rad Russell but yet the quality is absolutely inferior. Biggest slap in the face is the customer service that has zero regard for their customer.

Hui xin was attentive and cheerful lady. She was very proactive to help me with getting new pairs of shoes for my shopping needs and took effort to go the extra mile to check my sizes at different outlets and have them delivered to my home. Overall a very good service rendered.

Jiawen was incredibly patient and helpful in helping me choose a bag . she went the extra mile to show me other bags and the different strap attachments. super sweet and kind.

Our favorite place for buying men shoes, belts and suitcase. It has many variety and I love the working leather shoes very much, almost all of my shoes bought from here, Everytime and every year. Same for the belts, buckles. Casual shoes were not bad design either. The overall price was surprisingly affordable yet having good quality. However, the new leather shoes, is hard at the beginning. Resulted painfulness on my foot toes and ankles. You need to wear some protection otherwise will have blisters. After few rounds of wearing, it gets softer and thereafter very comfortable.

Serve by a staff name Steven. His attitude is so ridiculous. No recommend any to customer and show a face like I owe him money. Asking the size is available in other outlet but haven't try yet but he just keep asking me to make payment before make sure I'm fit to the size. If got zero star I'll give you this. Spoil the mood

I was about to buy wallet from pedro for my husband gift , this one chinese woman stuff was so rude , she stare me , i told her that i want to buy that wallet and she have the audacity to show me the price and i have to tell her again that i want a new one . She just stood there and when being told then she make a move to take a new one so i just stomp off from that shop anyway . Don’t question me or stare at me like i can’t even afford anything from pedro . What a rude person ever
