Staff rudely forced me out of the store as I was browsing instead of politely telling me they are closing. Staff was a male wearing black specs and perhaps with man bun (can’t remember his hair well), short and ugly as well
went there on 26/01/2023, male staff at counter was very rude towards both customers and new hired staff. absolutely disappointed. if you’re not happy with your job and unable to provide good services towards customers, why stay in retail industry?
don't understand the nonsense logic of replacing blind boxes in a case once one is sold. when ask staff if its a new case they just tell you "no its replaced once sold so got chances for dupes". ??????
visited this particular store few times already, but i always have a bad experience each time. staff are always so unhappy to serve.
if you’re going to work in the retail and service line, be prepared to smile and acknowledge the customers. however i did not experience this a single time at all. making payment is a relatively easy task and fast to do, but staff makes it so unpleasant by not greeting, no eye contact, not even a pleasant tone.

- if you’re so unhappy to work at a store with high traffic, i suggest to change branch or even switch your line of work.
feedback for management:
- it’ll be apt to have monthly or quarterly feedback from staff about what they’re unhappy about, and improve on the environment for the staff. happy staff, happy customers.
but seeing the success of popmart and/or action city in recent days due to their figurines/collections, i doubt they care about the service of their staff lol
Worst possible service, 0 stars. Placed an order online, no response on delivery despite several emails. After 3 weeks, finally reached them on a call but to find out that the orders cannot be fulfilled due to no stock. Hot Toys - perhaps you should consider changing your distributor. Disappointing service from Action City.
Small place nvm, lack of variety nvm. Staff who display a sulked face in retail line is really unacceptable.. I've been there a few times and i notice this male staff is always displaying sulked / unhappy / i owe him a billion dollar face.
Please change your job to back end support so ppl will not see ur attitude face in retail store, i believe the sell thru will be better for that outlet.
There are many other nice and friendly staff there thou.
Just this particular male stuff with golden hair and black face and one kind attitude makes me don't want to purchase anything from there.
First time buying my own popmart after getting one for Xmas, and somehow managed to get a secret one! Thanks to the lady helping me in the evening of 29 Jan, she was very friendly and when I said I wanted the ATV she recommended to pick up a few to get a heavier one as it looks to be heavier, and she was very sweet sharing that she also collects them so that’s her tactic to pick. Even tho I didn’t get what I had wanted, I got something better 😄 Kudos to her and thanks!
