Printed Name on Jersey Tear Off Second Day I Bought. I bought Arsenal jersey and printed name and number (26th July 2025), I handwash it with water only for the first time (28th July 2025), then the stickers starting to tear (refer to photo and video) In fact, the sticker is opened and tear before I wash it. HOW COME??

The service is really bad its literally bottom line service.They dont care about you lie to you about their prices. Please people dont trust the prices in their online store its fake. If you go to their actual store its the retail price. Remember i came at the end of season which should mean its on sale. Its on sale but on online only do not come here ever again. Remember also for nameset if you dont buy there you have a fifty percent surcharge like number if you buy there only 10 dollars but if you use your on jersey its 15 dollars. Please do not ever come here ever again this place is a scam and you should instead buy football shirts from different places like kuala lumpur and indonesia where their online prices are real and when its on discount it’s really on discount

Printed the league gold badge for 3 liverpool jerseys, saw that one of it seem to be printed too high up exactly on shoulder line which is so awkward looking. Clarified with the staff, he claimed it is standard measurement printing and even question me back whether i want to have it peel off and redo but might have printed marks after redo. Hello? I was surprised as if it is my fault you printed it wrongly and even tried to convince me it was standard printing instead of admitting it’s wrong. Besides it’s obvious my 2 other jerseys you printed are correct and did not touch shoulder line. I went back thinking and all the more felt it was wrong… see photo attached the badge was printed so high up the sharpest point is already touching the adidas 3 red stripes.. So awkward looking. So, i went to their Tampines outlet instead and gotten it clarified, and rectified and reprinted it correctly. Indeed very good service by Andy and Wan from Tampines outlet who apologized and patiently did the corrective work on behalf for the vivo staffs. They owe one to Andy and Wan in Tampines outlet.

Thank you Mr Kelvin/Calvin for his exceptional service. He deserves for my appreciation despite I couldn’t get my jersey exchange. I went down to the store and requested my jersey to be exchanged but unfortunately the crew informed that the process should be done by online team if it is purchased online. I expressed my frustration and needful help from them as it is really a minor request from client. I ordered it online from the first day launch 1aug25 and been waiting for delivery more than 1 week and lastly I also emailed and texted the online team for help to exchange, it is pointless due to the inefficient service from the platform. Thanks again to Mr Kelvin/Calvin who I believed that is store assistant manager/store manager, his promptly response to take over my case and communicated with his teammate as well as back end team in order to resolve the issue for me. Eventually case has been resolved by refunding whole amount which I have no other option due to lack of stock available to exchange. Please send my sincere appreciation to Mr kelvin/Calvin as he has done very well and stay calm to handle the situation. Thank you.

went there today 11 Jun around 11am+ and was served by both an indian and a chinese lady. the indian lady was so cheerful and nice, helping me to find stocks for one of the bt21 stocks. the chinese lady assisted with the payment and she was really cheerful as well! thank you for serving your customers happily! i usually shop here but the sales assistant were not proactive/engaging/welcoming with the customers but today, it was different. thank you to the both of them!

Product number 050820920. Miniso at 1505 hours The bottle cap was already spoilt. Once i took it up then the cap dropped. The female staff just camped beside the product to wait for ppl to dropped it and said we spoiled the product. And demanded for us to pay. Best saleswoman!
