Placed an advanced order on foodpanda to deliver to my friend. I called to confirm with the staff if my order was received, as I was afraid they'd run out of selection later in the day. Staff Ida (?) was very friendly and helpful. She was busy when I called, but she called me back to assure me that the order was well received and set aside my donut selection for a later pickup time, which I really appreciate. Keep up the good service 😊

Not a fan of doughnuts but tried the New York cheesecake flavour. Quite a delight and quite refreshing. One of the better doughnut flavour I tried. There’s lemon cream in it. Happen to know it’s one of their best seller, highly recommended.

I am craving for something sweet so I dropped by at Krispy Kreme, Vivocity. I usually buy their Original Glazed but then I saw that they have newly launched flavor which is the Almond Mango so I tried it. Taste, hmm I like sweet, but this donut is overly sweet, which makes me feel like I eat a spoonful of sugar. Also, it was not the natural mango taste that I expected. I regretted buying it. Price wise, i find it slightly expensive, but that's just for me. Service is good though.

The doughnuts are getting smaller in size with prices for one piece getting ridiculously expensive. The doughnuts on display were not very appealing especially the glazed ones which does not seem to have any sugar coating on it. It just look so sad. Standards seem to have dropped alot.

Very bad customer service. I was there with my wife and my wife was looking at one of the handbag at the top shelf .. she asked the shop assistant for help to take a look. Instead of willingly showing us, she “warned” us first that the bag is priced over $100 and no discount given !! Amazing!! Didn’t realise this time of attitude and service still exists in Singapore.

Dear Desigual Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received from the Desigual store at Vivo City. As a regular customer, I was shocked when I could not get through the line for more than 1 hour. I urgently needed to return an item, but unfortunately, no one answered the phone. I then contacted the Desigual store at ION, where I received exceptional service from the staff. Ms. Shafiqua and Ms. Azura were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to resolve my issue within a 5-minute call. I hope that Desigual HQ will look into the customer service at Vivo City to improve their responsiveness and service quality. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
