Ridiculous company. Bought some items at vivocity outlet and wanted to pay cash. The cashier told me they have no change and only accept exact cash.

Their VivoCity store is too stuffy. I don't understand how they can ignore the fact that the temperature inside the store is higher than outside the store. With so many spotlights brightening up the whole store, do their store manager has zero knowledge that all these lightings add on to the heat? Instead of turning up the a/c when the store is crowded, they just let it be. I rarely perspire but when I was in their store, I wanted to faint from the heat. BT21 is nice.

Price tage on the item was wrong supposed to be 30.90 but they put the price tag as 10.90 didn't know until I went to cashier to pay and when I asked the cashier she directed me to another colleague who was quite rude about me asking

Cashier attitude SUCKS!!!!! Ask me to wait to key in membership. Ended up asking me to make payment. When I queried about adding points to my membership, she said too bad payment made. What The :#:$^$^FYI, purchase was made on 17 sep@18:59

Product number 050820920. Miniso at 1505 hours The bottle cap was already spoilt. Once i took it up then the cap dropped. The female staff just camped beside the product to wait for ppl to dropped it and said we spoiled the product. And demanded for us to pay. Best saleswoman!

Visited Miniso during December, and the store was filled with the cutest Christmas-themed items. From Barbie mugs to water bottles and a variety of soft toys, it was a visual treat. Despite the small size, the staff worked hard to provide the best service during the peak hours. If you're looking for adorable items, this store is a must-visit.

went there today 11 Jun around 11am+ and was served by both an indian and a chinese lady. the indian lady was so cheerful and nice, helping me to find stocks for one of the bt21 stocks. the chinese lady assisted with the payment and she was really cheerful as well! thank you for serving your customers happily! i usually shop here but the sales assistant were not proactive/engaging/welcoming with the customers but today, it was different. thank you to the both of them!
