I was referred to this shop by my brother who has a good experience. I must say indeed it was a good experience doing my progressive glasses here. They really take the time to make sure the measurements and diagnosis is done correctly. That said, you as a customer should be patient too. I will also like to commend Christina for being so professional and patient. She was meticulous in her work, very patient in me choosing frames, also very patient in adjusting the frame to my liking. She also made sure I adjusted to my progressive lens and also made adjustments so I can see clearly. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience at W Optics, Vivocity while shopping for a pair of sunglasses for my wife and prescription glasses for myself. The highlight of our visit was the exceptional service provided by Ms. Reon. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful in guiding us through the selection. Ms. Reon offered great suggestions that suited both our style and needs, and she took the time to explain lens options and fitting details thoroughly. Her friendly attitude made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. The store also had a great selection of frames and sunglasses, making it easy to find something perfect for both of us. I want to thank to Xyndi for her excellent service. When we first stepped in, i told her i was just browsing but that didnt stopped her from serving us. She very attentive and patience. I ended up bought a perfume for myself to appreciate her good service .Highly recommended to look for her

Was very unfortunate to visit when the Chanel store at VivoCity was manned by two terribly rude and arrogant staff on 29 Dec around 8pm. Been shopping at Chanel stores at JEM and Raffles City and the service was always impeccable with friendly staff so the staff at Vivo truly brings shame to the brand.

Terrible experience. I got ignored and had to wave to get a response from the sales assistant. They are not helpful (instead, very judgey vibes). Please go to other stores instead or just buy online. Seriously!

I was in the shop for merely window shopping. Served by a BA, Ma Jia Tong. She has demostrated excellent customer service. Inspite all the testing, i didnt make any purchase Jia Tong's service remain change. I have in Vivo outlet previously but didnt have good experience when serve by other BA. I hope her Sales/Retail Manager will get to see this comment.

disappointing experience with a sales rep two weeks back. wanted to test a few scents. she wasn’t friendly, sprayed stingily - so i couldn’t even experience the scent properly. waste of my time and i’m afraid to visit again.
