This shop won’t hesitate to disappointed a loyal customer for more than 10 years. I wanted to replace my scratched lenses, they asked me to sign a waiver that in case of any breakage, not just scratch, breakage, even if they smash and step onto and totally destroy my frame during the process of lens replacement they won’t be hold responsible. What a bull****shop. Can’t believe I bought all my glasses and shades from them since school time. (Shop owner responded to my negative comment and later removed it. Interesting.)

I’ve been a loyal customer at this shop for several years, and each time I look forward to my yearly check-up with Joanne. She has consistently provided exceptional care and is truly a trusted optometrist. Joanne is incredibly patient and takes the time to thoroughly explain my eye health and the results of each check-up. I never feel rushed, and I appreciate how she answers all my questions with great detail. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to their patients, and I always leave feeling well-informed and confident in my eye care. This year was no exception—Joanne not only gave me expert advice on the best frames for my face, but she also ensured I had all the information I needed to make a confident choice. Additionally, I had the pleasure of interacting with her colleague, Reon, who was equally friendly, professional, and helpful. Highly recommend Joanne and her team for anyone looking for knowledgeable, caring, and personalized eye care!

I purchased my first pair of glasses in Singapore here and the staff was very friendly with helping me on choosing the right frame. A few months later I slightly bent the glass frame and the staff worked their magic to fix the frame. Highly recommend!

The optometrist is my favourite! Never got her name, but she's very helpful, honest, up to date with eye care and eye health, and very informative. Been getting contact lenses from them for years :)

I cannot recommend W Optics more, recently visited the outlet in Vivocity to buy a sunglass for me and a prescription glass for my husband. We visited the outlet a few times before making a decision and Ms. Reon was very patient and friendly and showed us a lot of options during all our visits. The customer service was amazing and their collections as well.

Qing Qing is extremely rude. I don’t know how this place doesn’t have even lower reviews. She acts nice around the parent but when the parent leaves, she starts being unnecessarily rude to the child. When she was explaining to me how long it was going to be, I noticed her giving my child dirty looks. She even called my child lazy for trying to put the contact lenses in a certain way when my child has 0 experience with contacts so how is he suppose to know how to put it in? Qing Qing also talks to my child in an angry tone when he fails to put on his contacts as I wasn’t there but it’s normal to make mistakes. If you EVER book at VivoCity W Optics DO NOT go with Qing Qing. I honestly don’t know what gives this women the confidence to be rude. We are paying for the service. We are not paying for your attitude.

The service was awful .When I inquired about the spectacles , the auntie with specs and short hair shot me a judgmental look, as if I couldn't afford it. I asked her if there were other stores available, and she responded rudely with a dismissive eye roll. I went to Paris MIKI and the service was so much better .I went to W Optics few years back at Jewel the service was so much better even purchase the Dior Spectacles ,Service dropped
