The store had a comfortable atmosphere, and I appreciated how easy it was to navigate through the aisles. I was particularly impressed by how knowledgeable she was—she really took the time to understand my needs and recommended products that suited me perfectly. She made the entire shopping process smooth and enjoyable. I even received a thoughtful thank-you for my purchase. Overall, it was one of the best retail experiences I've had in a long time.

Today I went to visit Aesop Vivo City. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Haziq offered to assist from the start and I impressed by how good the explanation from him. Very easy to understand and he made the entire shopping process very enjoyable. He gave us what we needed and I should say that today was one of the best experience from a shop. Terrible kuehs. So tough and overly sweet with no pandan flavour. My mom and I took one bite each and threw the rest away :') Maybe just stick to cakes
Love the cheese flavour. Sweetness just nice and balances with savoury cheese. Finished the whole cake by eating it as a 2 meals. Good deal for closing time offer.
The staff are very friendly and helpful! Bought the salted egg ahma cake and it was soft and fragrant with generous salted egg sauce oozing out.
My family loves it, especially my ahma!
I think they changed their name to Ollella Ah Mah
The store young lady is very very rude . I think the store boss owes her few months of salary. The cake is so bad, Half of the cake was uncooked and with runny dough. Worst, it turn sour.
This Ah Mah cake should have closed for good .
Tried Ah Mah Castella's pandan cake for the first time. It was so nice and fluffy! Will try other flavours next time. Big thanks to the friendly sales uncle!
Their cakes taste like the softest, yummiest cloud. They have such a satisfying, airy, fluffy texture. They are just the right amount of sweet (not too sweet) and absolutely delicious. My hubby and I demolished almost an entire cake in one sitting. I recommend eating it while it is fresh and hot — that’s when it tastes the best.
