Should not sell beers ; Alcohol ; as the weekend become floated with workers out of control ; so become family unfriendly area now ! Need more environmental educated staff and security otherwise this turns into beach Ghetto.

DIDNT EXPECT TO FIND A CUP OF SLURPEE HERE. REFRESHING AF MUCH NEEDED IN A HOT DAY UNDER THE SUN.

Good place to get snacks and drinks. Definitely one of the most scenic 7 elevens I have been to being right on the beach. Lots of self service drinks like slurpee,hot coffee and beer!

I bought a tumbler for souvenior and staff didnt pack it up for me. I had to ask 2-3 times if they have dust bag or paper bag. And the one with glasses ignored me and let another baristar do it without care

Consistent outlet which pretty much is similar to all the other Starbucks outlets. We liked the convenient location and the especially strong AC in the outlet. They had a few alfresco seats as well. Pretty crowded but crowd turns over fast.

Such a nice and welcoming Starbucks shop! 🥰Neat and clean place. Food was served hot and fresh. Excellent service. I love their souvenir stuff too. ♥️✨

Went there on a weekday, but witnessed very rude behaviour by one of the malay staffs working there. She yelled rudely at several customers who were tourists. One of the tourist did not see that she had already put the straw for her on the counter and she headed to grab a straw. The malay staff then shouted at her saying "Xiao Jie!" She was also very impatient and rude when customers asked her questions, and answered them in a very dismissive tone. This staff did not display good customer service and shamed Singapore's reputation, especially at a well known attraction that is visited frequently bu tourists. To the management team, please do something about it, as it is giving others a very bad impression of Singapore.

i had the worse experience with a super unfair service staff named jessica. i was next in Q when 2 koreans cut our Q. staff did not call them out and i still waited patiently. then someone else cut my Q a chinese lady and i thought im Q ing the wrong way so i moved to the opposite side and this jessica lady called me out and said the Q starts from the other side. i told her i was standing in line the other side and i was supposedly next in line from 2 people ago but she was serving people who was cutting the Q from the opposite direction. she cut me off and served the chinese lady first. not too sure whats it about. why would she make a big deal about the Q if shes not even serving people in the order they came.

The crews would dress to match the occasion and the theme of the park that is in effect. Service was fast. Place was spacious with painted artworks on the interior mirrors walls. Staff is very friendly and This outlet is only accessible when you visit Universal Studio Singapore (within USS). Serves the usual affairs of beverages, cakes, pastries.
