vanilla oat milk was too dilute, lacks vanilla taste to a certain extent and it costs like $7.40 for the smallest size cup i got. would buy a drink elsewhere instead, can make better vanilla oat milk myself. props to the guy and grateful for his honesty that the drinks even the oat milk series was sugared already and that they use syrups. very overpriced too. apparently they used vanilla syrup for my drink, had they used vanilla powder, added a lot of it, given less ice and done it with the oat milk, i would have liked it a lot and it could have potentially been the best vanilla oat milk i drank outside. luckin coffee still has the best drinks and milk drinks for me.

The drink quality and taste of the beverages are satisfactory. Nevertheless, improvements in the cleanliness of the establishment are necessary.
Unfortunately, litter is scattered throughout the area, and the seating and tables are not consistently cleaned for subsequent patrons.
Considering the pricing, the current hygiene standards are not quite up to par.

i’m lowk pissed bc i came twice, once this morning - basically what happened was i stood in like what a 10 person line for 20 minutes tryna get breakfast (keep in mind that there was 3 people working) and when it came down to 2 people ( i was next) they said “our system is down, only cash, nothing else” okay whatever like its okay its fine (but i waited for 20 minutes, hungry tryna get breakfast) but… they have another freaking machine and wouldn’t bother activate it for us to use???
i just came back okay, with my friend, for a drink. strawberry tea lemonade with oolong tea, two of the same drinks. the order guys attitude was great okay, but WOAHHH the guy who makes the drinks… I saw him this morning too, and first he makes me and my friends drink, both tasted bitter, so bitter, also i get this drink everywhere i go and this is the worst yet. PLUS mines had a bug in it. to the people who drink this drink usually: we can agree that it usually has gradient and it’s a clear drink where you can see the ice? and has dry strawberries?? well both of these didn’t. i SHOWED them the drink that has the bug and this guy, i swear his attitude. he didn’t even know what to do, idk what he was doing but he ended up SHAKING my drink??? hello what? okay i don’t care, if it tastes good then its fine, atleast it wasn’t bitter. BUT the way he passes it to me???? woah chill dude what did i do?? i’m just asking for a new drink bc u expect me to drink a bug down? he slid the drink to me like TOSSED it to me… with the straw flying off onto the counter. CHILL OUT MAN, i’m just asking for what i paid for… i’m really really pissed bc of this like it ruined my mood…

I bought a tumbler for souvenior and staff didnt pack it up for me. I had to ask 2-3 times if they have dust bag or paper bag. And the one with glasses ignored me and let another baristar do it without care

Went there on a weekday, but witnessed very rude behaviour by one of the malay staffs working there. She yelled rudely at several customers who were tourists. One of the tourist did not see that she had already put the straw for her on the counter and she headed to grab a straw. The malay staff then shouted at her saying "Xiao Jie!" She was also very impatient and rude when customers asked her questions, and answered them in a very dismissive tone. This staff did not display good customer service and shamed Singapore's reputation, especially at a well known attraction that is visited frequently bu tourists. To the management team, please do something about it, as it is giving others a very bad impression of Singapore.

Possibly the most popular spot in USS as it offered seating and air conditioning. The blazing heat and humidity in Singapore is insane, bordering on ridiculous and anyone who had spent just 5 mins walking around the theme park would be completely drenched in sweat from head to toe. So you can imagine just how much of a welcome relief this Starbucks is when you're about to pass out from the heat. The interior appears to have been recently renovated with more seating provided. The food offerings are no different from any regular Starbucks. It gets loud and rowdy though with large family groups with kids so be prepared. Also be prepared to wait a while for a seat as few want to leave the comfort of the air conditioned interior for the ludicrous heat outside.

The Starbucks in universal studios Singapore has the friendliest staffs there and the drinks they made never failed me! ( I’m a huge coffee addict) their new renovation is spacious and cozy to chill if you wanna hide from the heat and the sun 🥵 . It’s my go-to place whenever I’m in USS 🤗🤗🤗

The crews would dress to match the occasion and the theme of the park that is in effect. Service was fast. Place was spacious with painted artworks on the interior mirrors walls. Staff is very friendly and This outlet is only accessible when you visit Universal Studio Singapore (within USS). Serves the usual affairs of beverages, cakes, pastries.
