Worse ever service 😂 pls teach ur staff to not show black face at people and give a attitude.

Very rude staff wouldn’t let me have a paper bag to take my cupcake home in even though they just gave us a paper bag with a cookie it’s apparently not allowed for a cupcake so I decided not to have the cupcake at all, your loss. Absolutely ridiculous - it is up to me when I consume my cake and I was told by staff they are to be eaten straight away not taken home unless you get a whole box!? Bizarre and will not be returning again.

Advice customer NOT to buy sliced cakes from the shelve display. Do check if its new. A friend bought from the shop and its super harden like it has already expired after 3 days. Do not buy sliced cakes from them. Drinks such as coffee,milkshakes and smoothies are NOT follow from SOPs. Cupcakes,ice cream and bottles drink are okay to consume. Staff are improper uniform. Can wear sandals/slippers? Short skirt?

It's fine for what it is. The server is always working on her own, I guess hence the mixed reviews. Needs another staff member here to help her out.

Average ice cream stall selling very expensive ice cream.

Cupcakes were left in the showcase and in the heat to melt. Staff pretends to not see you. Avoid.

Went there to buy ice cream at around 820pm or so coz my boy wanted it. Counter was not manned and this lady came over after a while and was not very welcoming, till I had to ask if they were closing (apparently closing time is 930pm after checking online thereafter). She just glumly said “No” and proceeded to take the order and scooped the ice cream. After scanning to pay, without even waiting a while to confirm payment, she just walked away with the terminal machine. Erm… This location, RWS not only represent your own branding but also SG as a whole for tourists. And the staff literally had zero customers to serve at all 3 counters. Might really need to consider the training for such staff. Ice cream was nice though.

The staff service is very poor need to be trained for a better service.

I’ve tried from the cabana, pool bed, beach bed. Service is great, food and drinks is worth the price, can we have the music as good as the other beach clubs in sentosa? I’ll always remember the great service from Michelle and Alyssa for their welcoming service!

The workers here are just untrained and senseless. 1/3 of the menu here is coffee and we asked for an Americano and she said we have no Americano, but it was on the menu. We asked why then she just repeated they don’t have it. We ordered something else then she checked with her supervisor, then said they have no coffee. Not a sorry about that given, no explanation why coffee is absent when the coffee machine is sitting right back there. Is it broken perhaps? We’d never know cause the workers here are unable to answer questions. We got a cookie anyway. Hope they would train their staff.
