The nicest 7/11 staff in the world - not a huge store, but friendliness of staff makes up for it. Shout out to Prem, the greatest store manager - made our mornings a little nicer chatting to him when we bought our drinks and snacks for the day. Evening lady is also super kind and helpful. Why does 7-11 need to see a physical ID card when purchasing alcoholic beverages? The official singpass app is a government certified method to show our digital ID details and is sufficient enough for banks and other services. Train your staff to verify the latest ID requirements, my partner had to walk all the way back to our house just to grab a physical ID. And all the staff member did was manually eyeball the ID.
Extremely poor customer service. I wanted to purchase an additional item but because she already scanned my previous items, she refused to add the extra item and would only with the current items until I paid for it.
The lady lacked empathy and clearly had no emotional intelligence. I felt that I was forced to pay initial items, resulting in me being charged extra conversion fees and causing unnecessary financial stress when all she needed to do is re-scan the new item I wanted.
If you don't enjoy your job, quit so you don't make other people feel miserable!

Cashier couldn't have been more rude. Huffed and puffed when we didn't have any smaller notes to pay with and slammed the change down on the counter. Will not be going back
Stupid staff timing is till 9 pm Closed by 8 pm . Stupid staff making excuse . If don’t have staff to run the operation . Better closed down permanently.
