Excellent location for drop off after the beach with islander points earning. Good puppy cut too, given minimal direction. They also scissored my dogs sides to remove the scissor marks - my golden is indeed straight coated so it isn’t so easy to achieve a smooth finish. Super satisfied with the clean lines. They were also kind enough to accommodate me being late (next time will be early!!)

Edit - this one’s the secret to a good beach day with friends. Texted them to groom 5 dogs because nobody wanted to bathe their dogs. They gamely stepped up and even finished early. We appreciate it!
I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the grooming service provided to my boss's dog, Mona, at your Quayside Isle branch on 17 March 2025. Despite my efforts to reach out via LinkedIn, Pet Pawroni email, and a Facebook message, I have yet to receive a response.
We have recently discovered wounds and scabs on both sides of Mona's ears, which were not present prior to her grooming appointment on March 17th. While we understand that a week has passed, we strongly believe these injuries occurred during the grooming process.
In addition to the injuries, we are also deeply dissatisfied with Xinxin's unprofessional conduct during the appointment. Upon our arrival, she immediately claimed that Mona had an ear infection, without conducting any examination. This is particularly concerning, as:
- Mona's previous grooming session on 27 February 2025, by another groomer at your establishment, did not indicate any ear infection.
- Mona had a veterinary check-up on 13 March 2025, and the veterinarian did not identify any ear infection.
We understand that groomers may offer additional services; however, Xinxin’s aggressive upselling was unacceptable. She attempted to sell a spa treatment, which we declined. She then suggested toothbrushing, stating it was necessary every six months. As Mona had her teeth brushed during her previous grooming on 27 February 2025, we declined this service as well. After the grooming, Xinxin then stated that Mona’s ears were red due to infection, but she did not inspect them in front of us upon arrival.
Mona has a history of regular vaccinations and health checks and has never experienced any skin problems or ear infections. We are deeply concerned about the injuries and the misdiagnosis of an ear infection.
I request a thorough investigation into this matter. I would also appreciate the opportunity to discuss this issue with you directly.
Had an amazing chat in the boutique about watches and has all my watch shopping requests and needs attended to! Also managed to try on several Cartier watches for my consideration. Will definitely be back to purchase!
Terrible staff service. It stated that on google that it will close at 11pm, came in at 10pm but was very rudely rushed by the staff on duty to hurry up and get what I want because she want to close already. Its called 7-11 not 7-i want to close already. terrible.
Extremely poor customer service. I wanted to purchase an additional item but because she already scanned my previous items, she refused to add the extra item and would only with the current items until I paid for it.
The lady lacked empathy and clearly had no emotional intelligence. I felt that I was forced to pay initial items, resulting in me being charged extra conversion fees and causing unnecessary financial stress when all she needed to do is re-scan the new item I wanted.
If you don't enjoy your job, quit so you don't make other people feel miserable!
Surely there are some consumer rights here in Singapore?! If I had a choice, I would date this 711 service attendant a zero.
Cashier couldn't have been more rude. Huffed and puffed when we didn't have any smaller notes to pay with and slammed the change down on the counter. Will not be going back
