The toilet behind this kfc is very clean and got bidet! Muslim- friendly toilet :) There's an aircon nursing room behind this kfc as well. Very clean. Food was good, but the booth chair was very small and cramp

Today I met a really nice lady name Sharon during my visit. In the midst of her busy work load she acknowledged me while I was queuing and explained what she was handling first before being able to assist. Wonderful initiative and service. Keep it up. Note: it’s seems like this outlet is always shorthanded. Maybe the management can look into this. Have more of Mdm Sharon around Thanks!!

Terrible Experience – Avoid This KFC! I’ve tried KFC in many countries, but this location at Sentosa, Singapore, is by far the worst. 1. Dirty Tables, No Cleaning – When we arrived, the tables were filthy from previous customers. We asked staff to clean one before we sat down, but they outright refused and told us to clean it ourselves. 2. Wrong Order, No Effort to Fix – I asked for specific chicken pieces, and they confirmed my request, but then served me completely different pieces. When I pointed it out, they claimed they didn’t have what I asked for—yet I could clearly see the pieces behind the counter. 3. No Basic Customer Service – I requested something as simple as salt, and they told me they had none, refusing to even check the kitchen or offer an alternative. The staff showed zero care or flexibility in handling basic customer needs. 4. Inedible Food – The chicken was old, hard, and undercooked inside—both the pieces and the sandwiches. It was simply not edible. 5. Manager’s Lack of Accountability – When I took the food to the counter to complain, the staff were completely indifferent. I asked for the manager, Mila, but she was equally unhelpful and incapable of resolving the situation. Only when I started taking pictures and mentioning a complaint did she seem confused about what to do, showing no leadership or responsibility. Overall, this KFC fails in food quality, customer service, and basic hygiene. Avoid this location unless you want a frustrating experience and wasted money. Standard KFC but nestled in a corner under Imbiah station, it’s rather quiet and NOT crowded the 2 times I visited on a Wednesday night and Thursday evening. Use the app to order in advance as u walk from the beach around to avoid the exorbitantly expensive food on Sentosa.

Excellent experience . The restaurant is beautiful and food fresh and tasty. Marcus take extra effort to serve and is extremely knowledgable and welcoming. Even take time to walk us through the private room reservation details. If you wish to visit this beautiful restaurant and prefer a quiet atmosphere, come during weekday. Weekend there are more chance of running into big families or babies.

Highly recommend place to go for breakfast, lunch or Dinner. We had breakfast and we found it to be as good as when we were in france. The staff were very nice and helpful. So many food places around here, however be sure to book in to this place. Most tables were reserved, so book ahead. You will not regret it!

Service was excellent! There is both indoor and outdoor seating. I opted for outdoor seats and was treated with the sighting of a beautiful peacock. The service staff was patient and friendly. Baguette was served hot, the orange juice was freshly squeezed, quality tea and grandma’s chocolate was lovely. It would be wonderful if the basket of mini viennoiseries were soft hot too! The jam deserves a special mention too. Definitely a cheaper option if you don’t want to pay for hotel breakfast and if you don’t want a heavy breakfast. (Read on trip advisor that people are asking for cheaper option with RWS eateries under renovation.) Only set back is table is a little small but they are very thoughtful to cater to family of adult and children diners. 2 adults can dine at bigger table while the 2 children dine at the children’s table 😊

Yen made us feel really welcome and was extremely kind to us from beginning to end. This has been one of the best restaurant experiences we've had in quite a while. The gallete and crepe we had were quite good. My wife found the food all a little overpowering, hence the 4 stars in aggregate for food quality. I personally thought that was the best crepe I've had in Asia or Europe though.

We love their le gratin and sweet crepes! The ambience and interior were great too and we had a nice chat with the owner who was really friendly. The rest of the staff were helpful and courteous too. We will be back to enjoy more galettes and crepes here. :-)

Had lunch with family while on a staycation just next door. We made a reservation for indoor seating but while there, we noted the good weather and some outdoor seating with a separate lower table and chairs and children which we thought was perfect for our group so we requested for it. The young male waiter that served us at the front of house was a bit comfiest and said our original seating was a high table with bar stools outdoors, which was obviously a mistake since we originally asked for indoor seating, and children can't sit on bar stools. His supervisor then took over and gave us the outdoor seating that we eyed. We proceeded to order 2 crepes (1 sweet, 1 savoury), a Londonier set with café latte, a ptit kiss meal with ham and cheese crepe and strawberry ice cream, and a vanilla milkshake. Everything was good, thin the scrambled eggs on my toast are a tad dry (other reviews mention the same thing). Latte was also just meh with no latte art. Service was pretty good and the restaurant sits right next to the Barracks lawn which was very open but strictly for hotel guests only. Ambience was very chill outdoors. Total came up to about $100,after a 10% discount for nearby hotel guests (we were staying at Oasia). Had lunch again 2 days later and sat indoors this time. Food and service are still pretty good.
