Thanks to KFC Sentosa for the efficient service! Makes a family dinner all the more fun and filling! A shout out to Ms Sharon and the kitchen staff this evening for the friendly and prompt service!

I had a great experience at this KFC store! Food quality: – The fried chicken was crispy on the outside and still tender and juicy on the inside. – Side dishes like fries and coleslaw were fresh and flavorful. – The signature dipping sauces added an extra kick to every bite. Service & ambiance: – The staff were friendly, always smiling, and ready to assist. – Food was served quickly, even during busy hours. – The restaurant was clean, with tables regularly wiped down, creating a comfortable dining environment. Price & value: – Prices were reasonable for the quality of food. – There were various combo options, well-portioned and perfect for both groups and families. Overall: This is definitely a great spot to enjoy delicious fried chicken, with a clean space and professional service. I’ll definitely come back and recommend it to friends and family!

Visited on 23 June 2025 around 8 PM — first and likely last time at KFC Sentosa. An older female staff (short hair, glasses) had very poor attitude — throwing change, receipts, and spoons onto the counter for multiple customers, including me. The way she spoke to customers was curt and unfriendly. Completely unprofessional. The fried chicken was dark brown and greasy — not the usual golden crisp. Likely signs of overused oil, which is concerning. Also, the outlet seemed severely understaffed, especially for a location meant to serve international visitors. I strongly suggest deploying more trained staff and improving customer service standards.

Very bad service. There's like a minimum of 1 person station in the front & the kitchen. Takes super long just to get your orders started. They still haven't started my orders & I've been waiting for about 30mins. Lots of people are also there waiting impatiently for a long time just for their orders. Expect waiting time for your orders between 30mins - 1hour. I ordered @ 8.30pm on the 3 July 25.

Standard KFC but nestled in a corner under Imbiah station, it’s rather quiet and NOT crowded the 2 times I visited on a Wednesday night and Thursday evening. Use the app to order in advance as u walk from the beach around to avoid the exorbitantly expensive food on Sentosa.

Today I met a really nice lady name Sharon during my visit. In the midst of her busy work load she acknowledged me while I was queuing and explained what she was handling first before being able to assist. Wonderful initiative and service. Keep it up. Note: it’s seems like this outlet is always shorthanded. Maybe the management can look into this. Have more of Mdm Sharon around Thanks!!

My 3rd time visiting this ‘ulu’ and small KFC outlet in Sentosa for a quick dinner. This visit was made even better by the kind and patient service from this lady staff, Sharon if I’m not wrong. She helped me to get the chicken parts I asked for (depending on availability of course) and also thoughtfully provided extra chilli sauce sachets. It’s her warm and welcoming tone that made the visit surprisingly more pleasant. Kudos to her! 😊

Took 58 minutes to get 5 pieces of chicken and 5 tenders after ordering. Only 1 person serving who looked flustered with many people waiting for their food. Worst part was that there was ample chicken and tenders just sitting there for the whole time. Staff need to be better trained. Purchased 3rd July

I had my lunch at the Santosa KFC. The staffs were very friendly and patient. The chicken was very crispy and tender. The foods are very fresh and delicious. The dining space was clean and comfortable. I will come back again., 😊😍❤️🙏🙏🙏
