Amazing place! The chef was very friendly. He patiently showed and explained the ingredients used for each dishes and where they are from. The staffs were great and super polite too! They noticed the small details and provide necessary services to their guests ☺️ Foods were very delicious and pretty! Can feel a-lot of effort put in by the chef and his assistants. Even received a small gift after meal hehe. Will definitely be back for their seasonal menu!

Imamura is by far the best Japanese fine dining we’ve tried in Singapore. Located inside the Amara Hotel, you’re immediately transported to Japan - with its cobble stone walk way all the way to inside the restaurant. They use only the freshest and the best ingredients from Japan. There are lots of details in every dish. And dishes including dessert do not disappoint! The service was spot on - with staff paying attention to the finest details. Highly recommend !

We were staying at the hotel where this hidden gem is located. The food was superb and the ambient was intimate yet welcoming. The staffs were very attentive and the chefs shared a lot of information about the origin of the food and the vision they try to achieve with each dish. I really enjoy our dining experience here and I consider they have created some of the best Japanese dishes I have so far. I would definitely return again when I am in town.

The affable Chef Imamura shares with diners about his preferences to source ingredients from ethical farms and small businesses. He also has many his 'crazy farmer stories' to tell, so that we can understand a little about the philosophies behind a farm and its quality products. The farther-from-town venue lends a totally relaxing and elegant vibe as expected of a splendid kaiseki meal. While the entire team is crucial to churning out the dishes seamlessly and on point for every flavor and texture, and the team took turns to explain some of dishes and desserts to us, we appreciated how Chef Imamura himself checked in with us and prepped our food too. He does that for every diner. I really liked how the fish is done here. The amadai and somen in dashi was lovely, as was the seared kinki. I'm really fond of how the kitchen manages the binchotan-heat versus the delicate fish. I'm not a fan of truffles, so I'll skip the truffles on rice the next round and request for mushrooms or a fish for the donabe-gohan. I understand that for these two months, the team might use keiji salmon for the rice, which would be a wonderful use of the fish this season. I took the Signature Menu, and I'll return to have its Seasonal Menu. I appreciate how the team said that they could switch out ingredients for diners if there're severe allergens or dislikes. Of course as diners, let us be considerate — please do not be picky and switch out everything. Pro-tip: skip the matcha at the end of the meal if you're caffeine-intolerant at this late timing in the evening.

From the first point of contact when we enquired during reservation, to the moment we left the restaurant, Imamura continued to blow us away with their service, food and genuineness. We were there for a birthday celebration, which was made ultra special by the team and Chef Imamura himself. Every dish was extraordinary and meticulously prepared. We loved the seating arrangement and how we were close to all the action. It was a truly memorable experience and our sincere appreciation to the team at Imamura.

Really good. Love the food. Chef's friendly and shares about where he source the food and each dish is carefully crafted right in front of you. Flavours are balance and pays respect to the ingredients and the ingredients express the "terroir". Happy to find a really good Omakase and it's one of those despite the premium price you'll feel it's well worth it.

Was at IMAMURA yesterday for dinner to celebrate a good friend’s birthday and it was definitely a night to remember! Firstly, its location the restaurant was nestled within the lush Amara sanctuary hotel@sentosa which makes you feel like u ain’t in Sg. People might hear Sentosa and go, omg it’s far but hey, the vibe is totally worth it. Following that was the food and service- each plate of food was meticulously prepared by the chef and also explained in detail about not just the food origins/concept but also about tue condiments. Totally fun and educational! The service staff really made us feel at home and were attentive and warm. I don’t think I have written such a long review previously but hey, I was indeed blown away. They have a seasonal menu every 2 months so definitely looking forward to try the nxt one in 2024!

I rarely write reviews, but my recent experience at KFC @ Sentosa truly deserves to be shared. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted with genuine smiles and attentive service that instantly made me feel welcomed. The atmosphere was clean, inviting, and clearly well-managed — and that’s where I have to start by applauding Devi, the manager and her Staffs. Devi runs the store like a true professional. Her presence is calm yet confident, and you can immediately sense the strong leadership she brings to the team. She was hands-on yet never overbearing, making sure everything ran smoothly while still making time to personally check in with customers. It’s not often you see a manager so involved and passionate about both the service and the people — it left a strong impression. Aaliyah, the staff member who assisted me, were absolutely delightful. Aaliyah was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful when I was deciding on my order. She went the extra mile to suggest popular combos and even offered tips on how to save with current promotions — something you don’t get everywhere! Her energy was positive and sincere, and you could tell she really enjoys her job. Indah, who helped prepare and serve my meal, ensured everything was hot, fresh, and beautifully packed. She double-checked the order without being prompted and even threw in extra napkins and sauces without me asking — small details that made a big difference in my overall experience. Her attention to detail and commitment to quality didn’t go unnoticed. And of course, the food was excellent — piping hot, crispy, and flavorful, exactly what you hope for when you choose KFC. The chicken was perfectly seasoned, the fries were golden and not greasy, and the entire meal looked as good as it tasted. I’ll definitely be returning — not just for the food, but for the exceptional service that made me feel like a valued guest. Keep up the amazing work, team! To the KFC management team: this trio 🗿🗿🗿 deserves to be recognized. I’ll definitely be back — not just for the chicken, but for the amazing people behind the counter. Thank you all for the wonderful experience!
