Ambience was great - open air but very windy still. Think you can make reservations in advance to secure a seat, however when i went, it was quite empty so it was easy to get a seat quickly for walk ins. It is also a pet friendly place since i saw some cute dogs around! Food options were unfortunately quite limited in my opinion. Truffle fries (thick cut) were not very good since its lacking in the truffle taste. Yet, the seafood pasta was very worth ($25++) for lots of mussels and octopus (i think, if not its squid oops) and it tasted really good too, with the noodles cooked to aldente! Sauce was yummy too. Friends said that their pesto pasta was delicious and the portion was quite generous too. You place an order via scanning the qr code on the table, and one of the staff will serve the food to you, and payment is made afterwards before you leave.

(4.5 stars solely for 4am pizza, 4 for Legato) Meet the destroyer of the pizza competition in Singapore. Insane dough game, very creative and complex flavors that tend to lean Japanese. Been here a few times solely for 4am pizza and Legato, because what else could attract me to such a far flung place? Have never been disappointed. Oh and 4 stars to Buns2buns with their double wagyu patty burger, beef was cooked perfectly (med rare), buns were toasted well (still crunchy). The fries were very underwhelming though, so that cost them a star lol.

4am pizza is a solid 5 stars, everything else is only ok and kinda expensive. The yam scallops (not pictured) were just bad- extremely tasteless and rubbery. As much as I liked the pizza, it isn’t exactly the most accessible location if you don’t drive. Also the whole system of preorders-only with 4am means that you can’t order more if you’re still hungry (like us). Come at sunset so it isn’t so stiflingly hot, otherwise great views.

Came here for the 4AM Pizza. Fulfilling! And definitely one of the better one tasted. We had three for sharing. All taste unique in their own ways. Please reserve the pizza to avoid disappoinment of sold out early. There are many from the menu that I will try out on next visit. Blessed with great cooling weather and the outdoor spaces have great unblock view of coastal scenery. Recommended for a Chillax Weekends with Family and Friend. Note that the nearest Carpark is expensive....do park at Nestopia Carpark! And Southside Interm Market is Pet Friendly too!

Overpriced food, comfortable space. Calling it an interim market is highly deceiving. This is restaurant pop-ups under disguised. While the dough used was absolutely delicious with a perfect amount of chew, the pepperoni pizza with honey tasted a lot like lou han guo - sweet with a touch of bitterness. That aside, everything else is subpar. Despite being less than half-filled on a rainy Saturday, the server was wanted to seat us as a 3-seater table, instead of a 6-seater with a view. Food was served without any cutlery or serviettes. You’d have to get the attention of one of the floor staff to get you those. 2 stars only for the pizza. At that price point, I’d pick any other establishments on the beach instead, perhaps the one with “pizza” in its name.

Nice place to chill. Food options may be limited but sufficient for us to select what we wanted. I did not make advance orders for 4am pizza and hence that option was out. Read about the review on buns2buns and headed down to try it. We had the party B quarter pounder which can feed 2-3 pax. It was good. Wagyu beef patty with comte cheese, caramelised onions, mayo and arugula salad. At $29.90, it came with fries. Two of us were full after our last bite. The place was breezy and well ventilated. You will be assigned to a table when you check in. If you have a preferred table, do let them know. They are nice and accommodating. They started in Sep 2021. Menus may change. I hope to be back to try the mussel, pizza and B burger with double wagyu beef patty. It is located opposite the entrance to Fort Siloso Sky Walk. There is a small car park in front of the interim market, ie Stacks car park. Alternatively, you can park at Rasa Sentosa which is a min walk away. Both charge $5 for first hour and $2 for the next 30 mins. For free parking, go to Nestopia which is about 5 mins walk away. There is always the reliable Sentosa shutter bus. Alight at Siloso point bus stop and the interim market is just behind the bus stop.

Firstly, parking will be a huge problem if you can’t get a lot at the location. They won’t let you into the parking area unless you have a reservation. We managed to sit outside in the open which was really nice and added to the whole experience. Food quality is slightly above average and on the pricier side. What was great were the servers. Very enthusiastic and always ready to help and bring things around. Probably won’t pay another visit anytime soon but it was a good evening spent there.

Nice airy space. Good ambiance and great views. That's it. The food is mediocre and pricey for what it is. The menu is also very limited, which is odd considering the number of stalls in the space. Prices are also not inclusive of taxes and services, which caught me by surprise when I paid because it really does feel like you're in a food court. If you can, try not to park there. I was there just over an hour, and I was charged $9 for parking, which is quite exorbitant. Not worth a repeat visit, in my opinion. I'm not sure if it's even worth the trip there to try.

Great views, mediocre food. Food menu is extremely little for such a large place. Pizza has to be pre-purchased 1 week in advance prior to arriving, and they do not accept in person ordering. Recommended item to order is the pistachio ice cream, all the other food items are underwhelming. Oysters are towards the saltier side but still fresh and fleshy. Pig burger is a tad smokey, patty is chewy but pity that it’s not juicy enough. Prawn paste chicken taste like any food centre’s, no biggie. Presentation should be better for the price tag of $10 for 4pcs. Drinks (not shown) are not fantastic despite being a brewery, you can find better ones elsewhere. Location and view is 10/10, but anything else is pretty much sub standard.

Had a great time. First time to grill fest. Considering the recent inflation I feel the price thou high, was understandable. Foods quality was good. Vibes was amazing. I still got 2 months to try out other stuff. Highly recommended.
