As usual and same with Tangs at Tang Plaza, the middle age salesperson aunties manning the brands selection were very pushy and almost rude. They have the audacity to treat their customers without any respect or space – just pushing to hit their KPI sales I guess. The only saving grace for Tang's customer services are the fragrances and perfumes section at Tang Plaza that have YOUNGER brand and sales associates.

Love Tangs! They are the only departmental store that exclusively carry Su:m37. This is my favourite facial product especially their secret essence. Lady at the counter is always helpful. Being a member of Tangs, they always have great rebates. The usual rebates are 6% but Usually in a year they will have a few times of promotion at 12% rebates! Look out for their sales period too! Awesome buys during their sales!

Great hospitality by Mr. Dennis Mak working for Ogawa, Dennis have great understanding of sales and marketing and I was also impressed by the kind words he uses for the clients. Thank you Dennis ❤️

I purchased a luggage from TangsVivo (Atrium) today, and I found the products offered there to be highly worthwhile and durable. The prices on the brand items were very reasonable, making the shopping experience even more enjoyable. I was particularly impressed by the significant discount available at the store. Additionally, the excellent customer service and attentiveness of the staff member really stood out; provided thorough explanations of the product, which greatly enhanced my understanding of the brand and its offerings. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience, and I look forward to returning in the future!

Great place to shop at Vivo. Two levels of spread for different items. Many brands are available for clothes, luggage, cosmetics, home appliances, cutlery, crockery, and many more.

Shopped for shirts here last week and it was a great experience. The promoter was extremely helpful and quick, without ever being pushy. Loved the new layout too. It’s airier and brighter, with a wide entrance that allows you to see many of the brands TANGS is carrying. Would definitely come here again to shop; by the way, I got two Cote Opera shirts for a great price. Believe young families would enjoy shopping here too. There’s quite a lot of kids’ brands and apparel, like Miffy and Hegen.

I had a fantastic experience at the Ogawa booth thanks to Dennis Mak. He was incredibly friendly and approachable, making me feel welcome right from the start. Dennis was also very knowledgeable about all the products, patiently answering my questions and explaining each one in detail. His professionalism and passion for what he does truly stood out, and I left feeling confident in my purchase. Excellent customer service – Thank you, Dennis!

Went to TANGS for some window shopping as my friend was late again as usual. I totally had no intention to buy anything since I don’t need anything. Was browsing the accessories section and was approached by the Retail Staff Tan Chin Yean, who was friendly and gave me excellent service. I was happy with her service and bought a nice looking ring from her. The cashier Noor Ain Hafizah who served me was friendly and efficient as well. Happy for TANGS Department Store to have such great employees, who are well trained in their jobs and provide great customer service. ** the names are found on the receipt, I hope the names are correct.

Lively ambience, friendly & helpful staff, two steaks with a bottle of wine at 99$ is the promotion for this month. Food served quick... taste tends to be a bit salty or just because our family is trying to reduce sodium

We order the chicken cesar salad . The chicken was hard . We place order at 8.10pm with the wine together with the food . We waited till 8.40pm and the wine is not even been served and I had to walk over to the staff to ask .and the staff still can replied u had ordered a bottle? I felt the management need to do something about the service .Making customer to wait for 30 minutes to serve a bottle of wine is unacceptable. The table behind us order just a while ago and the wine is been served within 10minutes time . I wont want to come back to this branch again as the service is bad.
