We order the chicken cesar salad . The chicken was hard . We place order at 8.10pm with the wine together with the food . We waited till 8.40pm and the wine is not even been served and I had to walk over to the staff to ask .and the staff still can replied u had ordered a bottle?
I felt the management need to do something about the service .Making customer to wait for 30 minutes to serve a bottle of wine is unacceptable. The table behind us order just a while ago and the wine is been served within 10minutes time .
I wont want to come back to this branch again as the service is bad.

Most of our foods ordered are nice except the truffle fried veg, too oily. The cold cut is good. Wine deals for the month are worth ordering at $29 per bottle. Some mistake for the reservation: I booked a table for indoor seating a month ago and called 2 days before the date to reconfirm, and yet we were given an outdoor high chain seating. I'm quite disappointed with the service although they managed to change for us because at that time the restaurant is very empty. I cannot imagine if no more indoor seats are available then this really spoils our mood as the booking is for event celebration!

We had dinner at the Vivo outlet with a group of 10. The cheese platter was a great start, and we enjoyed a variety of dishes, including fries, pizza, escargot, clam soup, crispy vegetables, calamari with squid ink mayonnaise, a mixed platter, and chocolate lava cake. We also ordered three bottles of wine. Overall, the food was above average, though the dessert was on the sweeter side.
What stood out the most was the excellent service—Gerald was especially attentive to our needs, which made our dining experience even better. The restaurant can get quite noisy during peak dinner hours, but it’s much quieter before 6 PM and after 9 PM. That being said, the lively atmosphere shows how popular this place is for gatherings.
