Very disappointed. Took a long time to prepare a small meal, and when we got our order it was totally wrong. Since we were far away could not go back to refund. Paid $14.20 for order that wasn't even ours.

Visited on 22 Oct 2022 for lunch. Ordered the whopper burger with fries n coke.. and the single angus burger with fries n coke.. havent had bk for a long time.. taste is still as good 😊

I’ve always been a McDonald’s Mc spicy fan. This was my first time trying a burger here. A double chicken cheeseburger. Delicious. Definitely worth trying out. The fries are better than McDonalds.

Fantastic experience with Mr Jeremiah at Ogawa. He was very detailed and patient. I have tried many brands and finally found 1 that is truly what I want. The experience on the massage chair was on a totally different level (Like masseur) and Jeremiah was very kind in assisting me with Tangs rebate.

I visited Tangs to purchase a gift for my boss and was specifically looking for body wash and perfume sets, as he travels frequently. Samantha, the promoter at the Coach counter, listened attentively to my requirements and provided thoughtful recommendations. She also kindly included complimentary trial-sized lotion and perfume samples for me- to encourage a future purchase. Her professionalism and customer-focused approach make her a true asset to Tangs.

I Would like to compliment staff Poh Sim from the ladies shoes department for her patient, friendly, helpful and professional service. I was at the Suunysteps shoes area but there was no promoter. Poh Sim was very attentive and immediately came to attend to me. She was polite in her approach, took effort to obtain the right fit and colour according to my request, and each time she had to go in to the store to get the shoes , she expressed concern if I’m in a hurry as she didn’t want to keep me waiting. She even asked if it is convenient for me to return in 2-3 days as there will be in store 12% discount and she offered to reserve my items for me till then. Felt this was the extra value service she provided as she put customer’s interest first. She also offered that i can look for her on my return. Her service attitude is commendable.

One of the best malls in Singapore. Base have a big selection of Kitchenware and appliances from different brands to choose from. Varieties of High end cosmetics and perfumes sections are available on Level 1. Usually crowded on the weekends but still it's worth going to this place for your needs.

You can almost get everything you need from the outlet such as Men's wear, Women's wear, Kids wear, beauty products, kitchen wear as well as travel needs.

Really like the experience shopping in tangs vivo city. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They will help you to fulfill your needs even they give you recommendation. Their customer service was lit. Even you just looking around, they are not judge you and will ask for his or her assistance. They also tourist friendly and give you information about what you need to know.

One of the last standing departmental store brand in Singapore. Good selection of items, if you like to try physical shopping vs online, can come to Tangs at Vivo city.
