This is probably my second visit, and I must say the quality of the food still doesn’t disappoint.
We had the Regular Buffet Menu, which was good enough for us. We didn’t need the Premium Wagyu Buffet to satisfy our cravings for yakiniku.
Do note that the buffet doesn’t include drinks. It’s $4.90++ for refillable green tea and $5.90++ for refillable Hojicha.
Service was excellent. I accidentally dropped my food onto myself, and I was immediately provided napkins to clean up.
Special shoutout to Eddie, who never failed to make us feel welcome in the restaurant.
My favourite yakiniku buffet restaurant to date!
Chosen regular buffet meal. So far I feel it’s pretty good. Food taste pretty fresh. We have changed about metal grill 3 times but the staff was pretty okay with it. The garlic rice was quite nice flavourful. Few things is it would be great the BBQ tongs could be longer. Noted there is time limit but felt that abit rushed by the staff.. as still have food on plate but was asking to clear the table.
Had a wonderful dining experience, thanks to Wei Fang! From the moment we were seated, Wei Fang was attentive, polite, and made us feel genuinely welcome. He anticipated our needs without being intrusive and handled our requests with a smile. His service added a special touch to our meal truly one of the best waiters we’ve had in a long time. Thank you, Wei Fang!
Service was slow. Maybe it was near closing time, and the 1st thing they showed us was the "killer price" set menu.
Daughter had a craving for grilled meat that evening, so we ended up at the restaurant. Not my cup of tea, but I was gamed to try something new.
Nothing fantastic in my opinion, and I probably won't go and eat again
The price was also not cheap,
Had a great dinner with friends! Services was very prompt and efficient! Serving of dishes was also very fast! Good job and thank you to Eddie and the team for the wonderful experience here at Taijimaya Vivocity outlet!
MISLEADING. They advertise a deluxe set menu but there is no T&C stating it applies only for lunch, not dinner, on the printed menu.
There was no server at the front to address any customers despite it being a Thursday night, the restaurant was half empty, and us having a booking.
In the end, we had to order the buffet for 5 pax. It was good but we came here for the deluxe set initially, and we're slightly disappointed at being misled.
The male manager server had a dour look the whole time.
Kelvin is such an attentive and friendly service staff. Went over for dinner on 29/07 with another friend. He was so welcoming and even told us how long to cook each meat or how to cook the vegetable. 10/10 my experience because of his service. Will go back just for his service.
Ordered the premium buffet and tried all the different wagyu beef but only the ribs was good. I felt that the other parts somehow have a bad taste to it after cooking...
There was a corner of the restaurant with a spread of drinks and desserts but apparently that was only for hotpot buffet guests? I don't quite understand the concept - that premium buffet guests have to pay additional for drinks and have acces to a limited dessert list, which is not even accessible on the buffet menu.
The staff who confirmed my reservation also informed that there will be a small cake for us, because it was one of our birthdays, but no, the cake didn't come. I'm okay without it but it was still a broken promise.
Staff was friendly and efficient though.
