Always enjoyed myself whenever I come by for my favourite BK Whopper set meal twice a week. The staff were really proactive and friendly. Especially the store manager Ms. Surya who always remember what I always want. The ambience is clean & comfy and there are plenty of seats available.

On the auspicious occasion of the first day of Chinese New Year, I ventured to Burger King at VivoCity for a casual yet satisfying meal. To my surprise, the restaurant was surprisingly serene, devoid of the usual bustling crowds associated with the festive season. Opting for the Fish Burger Value Meal, I was treated to a delightful ensemble that perfectly complemented the celebratory mood. The meal included a scrumptious fish burger, accompanied by a refreshing drink, crispy onion rings, and a delectable taro pie. Despite the unanticipated tranquility of the dining experience, Burger King at VivoCity proved to be a welcoming haven for a comforting Lunar New Year feast. With its delicious offerings and relaxed ambiance, it provided a delightful respite amidst the festive hustle and bustle.

The Japanese curry sauce is different from the same curry sauce you have tasted before. It’s really a Japanese curry sauce! The Belgium chocolate sundae is really sweet! Ultimate Angus Mushroom Swiss is good. Nice tender grill with crunchy silver onions. Mushroom sauce is also fantastic. The new battered onion rings with sliced onions are much better than the previous diced ones. Please make it permanent!

Auntie Peck Geok is nice helpful and friendly. Great staff you have got there. She call us and took our order over at the counter when she notice the 2 kiosk is occupied by guests and take too long to decide what they want.

Expensive experience bringing a family of 5 to eat at Burger King. Upon entering the store, there were many tables that were not cleared of the leftover food from the previous customers. The floor was also dirty and the crew did not cared much about keeping the restaurant clean. The burgers were dry and they charged extra for more sauce. Taste was just so-so. The pack of onion rings did not contain more than 5 rings and the pack of fries was small as well. The service was slow and took 15 minutes from ordering to receiving. Only received 4 small sachets of chilli sauce. It was definitely not worth eating here and coupled with the slow service, this is a place to avoid.

As we know it, Burger King is a commonly known fast food restaurant that serves reasonably priced burgers. Their new addition the plant based whopper is huge in size and scrumptious in taste. The veg whopper was a great choice and worth its weight. Now the downside 👎 👎 👎 at this branch. Hygiene seems to have taken a backseat. When i entered i was greeted by several empty tables that had rubbish / trash including tissues left behind by previous diners. Looks like cleaning and sanitising tables is not a priority. Tables free from trash had also not been wiped clean. In addition there was trash on the floor. 🤦‍♂️ This outlet of Burger King needs to get its act together and quickly clean / sanitise tables. Already civic minded diners are helping with returning tray / trash. Does Burger King need more help from its patrons ?

Old fashioned American fare since 1954, Burger King serves most probably the most underrated burgers in town. Just love the Double Mushroom Cheese and Double Whoppers but consistency is the problem with Burger Kin. Our fries were soggy and cold when served; and half of their Star Buys especially those delicious Belgian Chocolate Sundae was not available.

Based on my visit here 4 months ago, although there were only a few customers, the wait was a little long, about 15-20mins. Food and coffee is nice. Will be great if the fries was hotter. Today on 31 Dec 2020, I think the food has improved, but green tea is kind of diluted.

Several people used the self order machines. Nobody was behind the counter that we could see. One man straightened chairs. Got the chips, no salt and luke warm. Lychee drink no straw. Bottled water out of packet and not cold. Terrible experience and service.

Great Burger King, food is excellent quality and the store is really clean and tidy. Recommend the plant based whopper. Also the fries were super fresh. The best Burger King I have been to.
