Asked a male staff where a skirt was, showed him the listing on the app. He asked me if the skirt was even in stock here, to which I again showed him the app which indicated that it was. He then asked me whether it’s Womens or Divided. Am I the staff or are you the staff???? After that, he proceeded to just continue putting clothes back on racks and completely ignored me and my request. At first I thought he was helping me to search, but he clearly wasn’t. In the end, I had to ask another staff, a lady, who was much more helpful. However, the service from the first male staff was absolutely ridiculous and atrocious. Never in my life have I encountered a staff who asked me questions about their own product and then didn’t even bother helping me to search and show me where the items I was looking for were. I have worked in retail before and I know it can be challenging to remember the locations of all the items. But not even bothering to try searching or asking another colleague is so ridiculous.

I had an unpleasant experience at the H&M store on Sunday, 13th July 2025 around 2:00 PM. I was using the men’s fitting room at the corner and stepped out briefly to show my outfit to my wife. At that moment, a sales assistant (a lady in a blue top with a black scarf, similar to a Malay style) approached me and began shouting, accusing me of intending to leave shirts and hangers in the fitting room.
I informed her that I wasn’t done yet, but she continued to raise her voice. This left me embarrassed, especially in front of other customers. I'm disappointed that H&M allows staff to behave so rudely toward customers.
That said, I must mention that the rest of the sales team I interacted with were helpful and pleasant. I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that such behavior can be addressed for a better customer experience.

The cashier‘s attitude is so bad and un friendly. The problem is not we have to take off the new clothes and can not just scan the label, if it’s a policy I can understand. The problem is the lady said this with an unpleasant face but I was just asking if it’s possible because I used to do so.

One of the staff members was very rude to me. When my husband went into the fitting room and I followed him, she shouted at me, saying ‘HEY, you cannot go inside together!’ She also made a face at me, but I noticed that she spoke nicely to other customers.
It would have been more respectful if she had spoken to me politely instead of shouting. A simple, calm explanation that customers are not allowed to enter the fitting room together would have been more effective and courteous.

The service crew here are so much better and awesome! A young lady called Hani was not only patient but keep helping me to get the tops that I wanted with a bright smile on her face! This outlet is really the best compared to others especially Orchard. Thank you so much!

Loves the spacious store at Vivocity and the wide variety of clothing especially jeans it holds. The cashier with the slim moustache was friendly and helpful. So sorry I didn’t get your name. Keep up the good work and hope you’ll be successful in your career!

Just like any H&M you might expect. Great shopping if you like girl’s clothing. All the men’s clothes are at the back of the store with limited selection because who cares about males lol?
