I got 2 grande matcha lattes takeaway on 13/8 at about 2pm. While the guy who took my order was great, the one who made my order only filled 2/3 of the cup! This is unacceptable. I suspect that he didn't make enough for both cups and instead of rectifying his mistake, just decided to split it between the 2 cups. If I wanted less, I would have ordered the tall option...

Ordered a venti via the app for takeaway, only to find this when I brought it back to my office. Terrible work ethic from staff - how can they still send this out knowing the cup is not even filled up properly. Used to be a long time goer at this outlet but they’ve just lost a customer. Absolutely disappointed.

I recently visited your location and ordered two coffees, including a cappuccino. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst coffees I've had. For over $14, I expected much better quality. The cappuccino tasted overwhelmingly like milk and foam, resembling a "babycino" rather than a properly made drink. I believe it would be beneficial for your staff to receive further training on basic latte art and proper coffee preparation techniques. Additionally, ensuring the calibration of your beans could significantly improve the overall quality.

I only came to Starbucks for my birthday voucher, but was fairly disappointed. The earl grey latte was just a teabag (with microplastics!!) in water and milk, and the yuzu tea was also just a teabag.

Starbucks coffee (long black) is standard. Nothing to shout about vs those recent specialty cafes sprouting out in Spore. But one thing I really missed fm time to time is their classic Cheese Cake. One of the best. Pls keep up the standard of this cheese cake. This outlet has warm lightings, and comfy seats… cosy vibes, ideal for passing time while your partner is shopping.

I just visited the starbucks and their service is incredibly nice. I redeem my 1for1 Venti voucher and asked the staff there for some questions like which beverage, its chilled last how long, he helps to choose and provide an overall smooth process. When the order had reached, he called my member name and remind me to collect the drinks☺️ When i collect it, the staff are very aware and assist me. Very good experience so far with this Starbucks Branch.

The Starbucks at VivoCity is a perfect spot for a coffee break while shopping or enjoying the waterfront views. The store is spacious with plenty of seating options, both indoors and outdoors, making it a great place to relax or catch up on work. The staff are friendly and efficient, even during busy hours, and the coffee is consistently great, as expected from Starbucks. I particularly love the outdoor seating area—it offers a nice view and a relaxing atmosphere. The only downside is that it can get crowded during peak shopping hours, but that’s expected given its prime location. Overall, it’s a cozy and convenient café that lives up to the Starbucks experience!
