Not flexible management! I have been looking for this particular lace lavender charm and finally see it today but its packed in a bag of other 4 which im not interested. The store adv cannot separate the one i want to sell separately as no barcode. So, I asked if they can help check whether other outlets have. Best reply...go Ion to check....cant even bothered to help me call n check.

Me and my partner bought our first pair of crocs, and we were pleasantly guided by Hiddy! She was very professional and patient, and cautioned us about the male and female sizes indicated underneath the shoes. She made the experience comfortable and easier for us through the selection process. Most of the staff including those manning the cashier were very nice and welcoming as well. Would definitely recommend to purchase from this outlet! ☺️
