Staff was nice to go to counter and help me check availability of a model. Then someone came by to say she didn't want a "ball" anymore and this staff straight up left without any acknowledgement??? Tell me if you'll be back??? She got the ball from the back office and walked away to the other end of the shop to look for the same customer again???? Ppl alrdy said don't want.

I had a really good experience at this particular outlet as Jin Sheng was especially helpful in assisting me. I was looking for a last season item and she and her team managed to find one of the last few pieces for me. Really appreciate the effort from them!

One of the staff member, Reena, was very nice and helpful to us. She helped to provide us with the bag to hold the clothes and answered our questions promptly. Ambience was also nice.

Liya from this store is super helpful not just with my online orders but also other stuff - there was a defect on my online order which was delivered to this store, she tried to locate the same item in store and other stores but couldn’t find and therefore suggested to refund and then place another order to ensure that I have my item! I really appreciate such considerate services which are hard to come by these days! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 for Liya and the store!
