Visited Dr Lash again on 21 Sep, served by 2 gorgeous friendly ladies Mei & Germaine. Besides eyelashes, I was contemplating to try the eyebrows service, Mei & Germaine were very patient on my queries, requests & try their best to recommend what works within my budget to do both lashes & brows.. This round I did the same lash design (Consort) as my first visit earlier this year, Polin (the petite sweet & friendly specialist) did a good job, she also drew my brows to show me the right shape that suits me. Visited on Mon 25 Sep again to do my brows, it was good! Polin was very pro, very patient & attentive, a pleasant experience for a premium price paid. Hopefully the brows will last long enough.. Thank U ladies! Keep up the good work & services 👍🏼

I had a wonderful experience thanks to Mae, the manager and the therapist. Mae was incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. You can really tell she cares deeply about both her team and the customers. Her dedication made a real difference in my visit. Highly recommended!

Booked an appointment for my girlfriend and she’s absolutely thrilled with the results! The lash work is flawless, natural-looking, and exactly what she wanted. Angeline did my lashes and she did a very good job of both the initial and touching up. Highly recommend for first timers who don’t know what type to do. They have a set of recommended lashes for you

Been visiting Dr Lash since Dec 2020 and still ongoing ❤️used to visit the orchard outlet but changed to vivocity in the last 1 year as it was closer to home. I have exceptionally sensitive eyes which stings easily but have been going back to Polin at vivocity as she takes extra care when handling my treatments. Just had my lash reju and new set of flo done by Polin and extremely pleased with it! Polin was very gentle and made sure that I do not feel uncomfortable throughout the treatment. Really appreciate her TLC and would totally recommend her! ❤️

Everything was perfect. Jovena, the one who handled me, was very kind to assist me with what I wanted and her hands are light and not heavy like the other ones whom I tried from different salon. I love the result and hoping it will last long so I will come back.
