Haven’t been to QB house in a while and got my hair butchered by an Aunty. Requested for a trim but she made my hair so thin+short that I look like a primary one kid.

The price has increased as per 1st August 2022. It is now $18 for cut and style here. Choosing preferred stylist cost additional $2. I remembered the last time I had to put my name on the paper to reserved but now it is registration through QR code. But the problem is there isn't any number being called at the outlet. They have to ask manually for the number. Didn't have complain on the haircut. It was quick and as requested. Just that I wanted shorter but didn't really as short as I wanted. Payment is only using cash or grabpay.

Came from a terrible haircut with clippers on level 2, and went straight to QB where I was served by yew hock. Really good and experienced hairdresser that helped me fix the messed up hair that was cut by this Chinese guy wearing spectacles at clippers. I am very satisfied by his empathy, explanation, service and quality.

I always chosen QB house to get my hair cut monthly for the past 10 years till now. It is quick , clean & economically. I visited this branch since last year after moving. Just notice sometimes , they change hairdressers. The hairdresser today (sorry I don’t know her name ) was super friendly. I appreciate her meticulousness & high skill! 👍

Great experience at Dr Lash. Used to visit them to get my lashes done in the past, after a long break, I am back again. Happy with their service , and very glad that my lashes are long and beautiful again. Will definitely come back more regularly to get my lashes done 🥰
