Had a great experience at Lee Hwa today! Was served by Jeff, a really friendly and polite guy who patiently went through all the different design options with us, tailoring recommendations to our preferences and even going the extra mile to help us look for a suitable chain. He was super patient and remained sweet and smiley even though we took a quite while to pick a design. Highly recommend looking for Jeff for great service☺️

Excellent 5* service from Keith for the purchase of our ring. He was very knowledgeable and patient in answering all of our questions. However, giving 4* for this review as we were quite upset after our purchase in the shop to find out just half hour later that the price of the same ring was at least $100 cheaper online. It will be good if Lee Hwa could standardize their pricing more consistently across the different platforms in the future, otherwise there’s really no reason to complete our purchase in-store which wouldn’t be fair either to the hardworking sales staff.
