Haven’t been to QB house in a while and got my hair butchered by an Aunty. Requested for a trim but she made my hair so thin+short that I look like a primary one kid.

I visited this salon around 7 PM on 26th January for a simple ladies’ haircut—just a straight trim for my hair and a fringe styled according to a picture reference I provided. The barber who attended to me was a man who looks approximately in his 50s with a bob haircut and spectacles. From the start, he seemed unconfident, constantly asking questions, which made me uneasy. Although I let it slide when he trimmed the back of my hair, as it was just a simple cut, the way he handled my fringe was unacceptable. He didn’t even use a comb to center the fringe properly before cutting. Instead, he just snipped haphazardly without measuring or using his hands to align it causing my fringe to be uneven. I’m very disappointed with the poor technique and lack of professionalism.

I always chosen QB house to get my hair cut monthly for the past 10 years till now. It is quick , clean & economically. I visited this branch since last year after moving. Just notice sometimes , they change hairdressers. The hairdresser today (sorry I don’t know her name ) was super friendly. I appreciate her meticulousness & high skill! 👍

No frills cut and go hair salons with no hair wash facility. There was a bit of a queue when I visited but the queue moved really fast. Took about ten minutes per cut from what I observed. I’m a guy so the haircut was an easy one. No problem for me after the cut but I noticed that there wasn’t any ladies having their cut here. Prices were economical and wallet friendly in my opinion.

Got my haircut done by Wilson and I’m really happy with the result. Clean, sharp, and exactly what I had in mind. He nailed the look and it met my expectations perfectly — will definitely come back to him again!

Came from a terrible haircut with clippers on level 2, and went straight to QB where I was served by yew hock. Really good and experienced hairdresser that helped me fix the messed up hair that was cut by this Chinese guy wearing spectacles at clippers. I am very satisfied by his empathy, explanation, service and quality.
