Janet in Vivo outlet has been looking after me for a year now. She is very friendly and professional at the same time. I've been with Strip for almost a decade and so far she is the best therapist I’ve come across. Thank you so much!

Update: Became increasingly disappointed in this outlet in terms of hard-selling. Their method is to say that they "HAVE TO" tell customers about their ongoing promotions, which is fine. But in my opinion, hard-selling occurs when you have to say NO multiple times... They will keep pitching the benefits and need for maintenance. Then they start suggesting cheaper options. The most absurd thing is asking me to put down a deposit for a package, then questioning why I can't even put down a deposit for a couple hundreds? I'm allergic and will avoid businesses that hard-sell. If their products and services work, customers will always come back and buy more. The more they hard-sell, the more I'll stay away... Excellent first experience at Strip! Joy was very welcoming and her staff kindly explained about Strip Co-Ed. If you are feeling nervous about your first experience, they have 2 methods to help with your anxiety. My therapist, Melody, was wonderful! She is cheerful and friendly! Very professional and caring throughout the whole experience! It was a great experience. I’m also happy that I did not feel pressured to have a conversation. Melody definitely made me feel very comfortable! Would recommend those interested these services to come and try Strip Co-Ed at Vivocity with Melody!

I’ve been getting a bikini wax at strip for the last 7 years and never once have I experienced such unprofessionalism as today. I was provided with wipes for my 🐱, all good until I start feeling pain and an aggressive burn down there. The wipes - multi surface cleaner wipes, in its “caution” paragraph the product warns against using on sensitive and delicate areas. The initial response of the management - was to provide me with sensitive skin/ baby wipes (why not provide them in the first place is absolutely beyond me) and to tell me that if I’m unhappy to write in to the online customer support??? No initial apology from Ari (this came only after I completed the treatment and paid for the service), no asking whether there’s any damage. For those wondering, it’s still burning, please never use multi surface wipes on your intimate areas, the warnings are usually there for a reason. So my question to the management is if this were you as the customer, would you find it acceptable? As a leading waxing company in SG that sells comfort and professional care is providing multi surface alcoholic wipes for our 🐱 really the best you can do? You should know better. I’ll be seeing a gynaecologist this week, I’ll send over my receipt. After 7 years of greatness, strip at vivo you have left me disappointed and cold. Easy to say won’t be coming back to this outlet, my friends and family too.

✨ My first time doing underarm waxing together with brightening and hydration, and it was such a great experience! The front desk staff were very welcoming when I arrived. They even offered me tea. Most importantly, they weren’t pushy at all about their services or packages, which I really appreciated. My therapist, Melody, was warm, friendly, and very attentive to my needs. She noticed when I felt sore from having my arm in a fixed position and kindly gave me breaks, plus a pillow under my arm to make me more comfortable. Apart from that slight soreness, the whole session was very relaxing. My skin felt so smooth afterwards. Honestly feels like a fresh start, I left feeling like a new person!

We were fitted by optician Ms Sharon Tan at the Vivo branch. Sharon is highly personable, patient, and attentive to our needs and requirements. She is meticulous, detailed, and offers good advice. Her professionalism stands out.

Accompanied my friend to buy a spectacle and a guy that works there didn’t catch his name offered to clean my specs..thank you so much..service was good and the workers there are soft spoken not rude and very patience

Experience when making specs was good but collection was a total disappointment. No check for fitting, etc. Making specs is a total package from selecting frame to collecting. The collection process is important. Among other things, this allows shop to ensure the frame fits “correctly” on user. If all that is happening collect and go, may as well mail the specs to me and save a trip down to the shop.

Good collections of quality branded eyewears at frequent promotion prices. What impresses me the most was the staffs' quality. Special mention of senior staff Wendy who went the extra miles to serve her customers with patience, attentiveness, professionalism. Staff attitude and quality of service is often the reason why customer returned to the same store. Thank you Wendy!

Got my glasses here, service by Sharon was very good. She’s patient and accommodating to my request. We found the best frame size and design for my face and eye shape. Very pleased with Paris Miki Vivo City!
