Experience when making specs was good but collection was a total disappointment. No check for fitting, etc. Making specs is a total package from selecting frame to collecting. The collection process is important. Among other things, this allows shop to ensure the frame fits “correctly” on user. If all that is happening collect and go, may as well mail the specs to me and save a trip down to the shop.

The optician was meticulous and thorough in conducting my eye exam, ensuring that my prescription was accurate. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free, explaining all the issue i have. What truly impressed me was the exceptional customer service. The team went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase. Fantastic service, highly recommended. Bought a pair of Eyevan and unfortunately one of the temples broke a few months later as I was not careful. The team at Paris Miki Vivo first tried to help me ask the Eyevan dealer for a warranty/exchange. When that proved difficult, they replaced my frames with one from their own stock. Have not experienced such great service in a long time. Will be back for more in the future. Thanks again Syafiqah, Sharon, WeiLin and team!

Paris Miki Vivo city has great options for designer brands. Not your atypical frames and definitely a place to check out if you want frames to make you stand out! Greeted by many professionals who are always ready to serve regardless if you were closed by them or not. Had one of the most extensive eye test, and after wearing spectacles for close to a decade, only with them that i found out i have a certain condition with my eyes which i have had for a long time. Definitely a great place to have your frames done if you were to ask me!

I was served by Eileen, who was incredibly helpful from the start. I had my eye on a particular frame, but the color I wanted wasn’t available in-store, so they had to place a special order from Japan. To my surprise, it arrived much earlier than expected! I also had some trouble getting used to the new glasses, but Eileen was very patient and took the time to assist me each time I came back for adjustments. Great shop to get your eyewear—highly recommend!
