Had an incredible experience here today. When I stepped into the store, a young looking boy approached me & asked if I needed help. I told him I needed a black blazer urgently. Unexpectedly, he sprang to action immediately & provided some recommendations with right sizes. As I was trying on, a second young boy approached me to ask if I was interested in another slim cut blazer. I tried their suggestions on and eventually found one I like. Subsequently, I found out that they were only secondary school students on attachment. This level of initiative is unseen of, especially for 15 year olds! I am amazed & very grateful for their help in finding my blazer. As I was paying, Hafizah even offered to steam the blazer & cut the tags off for me as I said I needed to wear it immediately. This level of service is truly inspiring and top-notch. Thank you so much all 3! I managed to zoom in and out of the store in 10 minutes as I was in a rush. I highly recommend this Vivo store, and will defo be back for more items!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at G2000 in VivoCity. I recently made a purchase and the clothes were folded haphazardly and sloppily. It was evident that there was a complete lack of attention to detail. The wrinkles on the clothes were so prominent that it looked like they were intentionally crumpled. I was shocked at the low level of care and professionalism displayed by the staff. I have never encountered such poor service at a retail store before. I expected much better from a reputable brand like G2000. I have attached pictures to this review to provide visual evidence of the subpar service.
