Went to other branches and was told only this branch has the digital door locks. Was assisted by a gentleman named Kenny. He was very helpful and answered my queries as best as he could. When he was unable to do so because it was a new product, he called up his HQ to find out more. It's definitely the place to go to for top-notch service.

Felt welcomed with very helpful friendly staff at store. I bought paint and all tools, got sincere advice based on needs and novice stand. Store is slightly narrow in paths but overall has almost all that one needs to DIY at home.

very helpful staff. home kitchen tap spoilt and need to find a replacement which couldn't be easily found in neighbourhood hardware ship. give a call to the shop in vivo and they are very helpful to advise me thru whatsapp cum search stocks for me. although eventually i didn't get item from them this time, will visit them when theres a need in future.

Bad service. Staff is low on knoweledge of hardware industry, their own products and lack customer service. Better find any other brand like HomeFix or any other branch of SelfFix

Good hardware store. Good basic selections spanning multiple product types. Not enough hardware shops in Singapore!

The second time in few years when we patronised Selfix @ Vivocity B2 , just outside the new NTUC Fairprice Extra for a new home safe. The customer service is always forthcoming with TONY around to help us locate the suitable safe for securing our documents at home, Due to Tony's salesmanship, we ended up buying 02 safes at very good price only applicable to on-line purchase these days. We also have been accorded a bonus Selfix membership discount. Delivery: in just a few days including safe setting up service.

I didn’t get the girls’ names but was served by 2 ladies, they sounded Malaysians. Very patient, very accommodating, recommended shoes as per my questions, even offered to order the pair of sandals that was out of stock. Service is top notch and I will definitely come back! Didn’t expect Pazzion to have flats that are friendly to wide feet girlies so please give Pazzion a try.
