Was served by Haziq today. Man was so helpful in finding the pieces for my brother and I. One look at me and he knew that my waist was size 32. Like what even is that. Thanks Haziq for being so quick to pick out pieces for us upon request, and your 10/10 recommendations. Really appreciate the work that you are doing my guy

Entered the store, tried out a few clothes but nobody bothered to ask whether we need any assistance. There’s only one tall guy and a lady manning the sales floor. The tall guy looks like he’s not happy working here. The lady disappeared later on. Later I approached a staff and asked whether a specific piece and size has stock and the staff told me to wait because she’s busy. Not sure whether they’re having stock take because stock is just lying everywhere.

I would like to compliment on Sally. I had to get an off the rack suit amd she assisted me with the measurement of the alterations. Just collected my suit and tried it and have to say that her expertise on her measurements and advice pulled off very well. Great staff!!!

Wasn't my first time at a Benjamin Barker but this visit was rather exceptional. Dad was looking for a suit and we were attended to by Joe. Really great service and product knowledge. Dad's are a very no frills bunch when shopping but Joe made it run smoothly. We came in for a suit left with two. It wasnt just good service but good clienteling. Thanks Joe!

Superb experience at the vivocity store, really thankful to Elvis for his expertise as well as recommendations and even staying back past opening hours to assist us in store. Thumbs up!

Love the service here at Benjamin Barker! The shop assistant Joe was extremely patient and friendly and gave us really good advice on choosing the suits! 10/10!! Do look for him if you’re going there. Price is very reasonable as well :)

Elvis served us for over an hour. He was very diligent and came over whenever he noticed we needed help. He was very patient, listened to our requests and was very helpful in giving suggestions/advice for the different styles we wanted to achieve. He also helped to recommend alteration services and we're really grateful for his help. Thank you Elvis!!!

I highly recommend Elvis for the quality of customer service! My wife and I have never seen such friendly service and his way of recommending products. He feels very friendly, and comfortable talking to us. It is exactly like a friend's recommendation rather than a sales pitch. Elvis is just too professional, keep it up, my only fashion advisor in Benjamin Barker!

Customer service was exceptional from Sally at the point of purchase. However the execution was terrible. I had bought two suits - one jacket had two sleeves of varying lengths whilst another jacket was still long after alteration. I’d reconsider making further purchases with them.

Tall portly dude at the outlet looked like he would rather be anywhere else than working there. Barely any service - not that the rest of the staff were particularly enthusiastic but at least they were cordial. Felt as if i was offending the guy by even asking for assistance. Bought 2 shirts nonetheless - at least the shirts are of good make and quality. Pity BB doesn’t seem to be quite interested in selling as making them. See attached reciept.
