Came to “look and see” gold necklace designs. Eris attends to us with care and explains the details with patience even if we said upfront that we came here for “look and see”. But then we fell in love with her and we ended up buying solid gold bangle and wearing immediately. :D We will definitely come back again in Dec again for the Si Dian Jin set :D Kudos to Eris !!!!

Went there today and purchase 3 charms and a charm bangle for my girlfriend. Mr Jacky was very attentive and patient despite the fact that we took very long to decide. He have a keen sense of beauty and he knows how to mix and match the charms according to the person. Would recommend charm lovers to patronise this vivo outlet.

Went in to get a small gift and was served by Ms Allyson. She was such a pleasant lady. Didn’t push you to buy things and shared her experience on the latest trends and fashion for my daughter. Really appreciate her attentiveness to small details. Will definitely come back again.

Overdue review. Went to Chow Tai Fook as I was looking for a gold pendant as part of my parent's wedding gift to myself. Despite the long wait (hence not a 5-star review), as there were many customers but insufficient sales personnel, I am glad I found a great-looking gold pendant. Special mention to the salesperson: Eris Lee, for her attentiveness and friendly service.

Eris was very helpful and nice throughout even when we were choosing until past closing time (till 10). She let us tried on most of the 四点金 around. Design was very nice throughout the stall and i always recommend to come to Chow Tai Fook instead of other stalls!

Just randomly walked into the store without thinking of buying, basically was just browsing and we were approached by Allyson Chan who is very patience with us trying this and that. We were very pleased with her service and in the end 3 of us brought ourselves some pretty and cute Huat Huat charms and bracelet. It’s our first time visiting Chow Tai Fook and was surprised that they do have many pretty model designs. Anyway would like to compliment Allyson for her good service, we will be back again.
