One of the items I purchased needed a challenging adjustment—redoing the chain on a gold charm. Despite the complexity, they patiently worked on it for nearly an hour to meet my exact request. Just randomly walked into the store without thinking of buying, basically was just browsing and we were approached by Allyson Chan who is very patience with us trying this and that. We were very pleased with her service and in the end 3 of us brought ourselves some pretty and cute Huat Huat charms and bracelet. It’s our first time visiting Chow Tai Fook and was surprised that they do have many pretty model designs. Anyway would like to compliment Allyson for her good service, we will be back again. Keep it up 👍🏻

Eris was very helpful and nice throughout even when we were choosing until past closing time (till 10). She let us tried on most of the 四点金 around. Design was very nice throughout the stall and i always recommend to come to Chow Tai Fook instead of other stalls!

Eris attends to us with care and explains the details with patience even if we said upfront that we came here for “look and see”.
But then we fell in love with her and we ended up buying solid gold bangle and wearing immediately. :D
We will definitely come back again in Dec again for the Si Dian Jin set :D
