I love desigual! It's colourful, different and full of life. Only gripe is that sizes are big and their stuff I'd pricey. But for what it's worth, I feel happy when I walk into the store. 😊 Clothes are generally comfortable but require a bit more care - basically, hand-wash instead of dumping them into the washer. DON'T come here because I don't want everyone to start wearing the same brand :( (kidding, please support them!)

03 June 2024 (1840-1900hrs) —> Counter 2 (LADY) Basically went to cancel credit card due to unable to cancel via apps or online either. VERY VERY VERY TERRIBLE SERVICE.! NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL (I try not to mention HER name). @ Standard Chartered Bank management, please investigate and teach her some basic respect/manners on regarding customer service. There are better people out there who’s customer service are way better this this person.

VERY disappointed with the savings account opening process at this bank. The amount of documentation required is too much. It makes me feel like the services are not meant for people like me, an ordinary working-class customer. I currently hold a credit card from this bank, but after this experience, I’m considering canceling it as well.

Disappointed with the 'myRM' instant messaging in the SC mobile app.! I went to SC Battery Road branch in Jan to amend an instruction in my FD. and was told to use the 'myRM' function in the app to inform my RM to make the amendment. Till today, which is about 2months later, the instruction was not done. I called the hotline and was told My RM has left the bank two months ago, but to my surprise/horror, his name still appeared in the 'myRM' function.

0 stars for the credit card after service. when we take the card they lied about annual fee waiver. but when we ask for it . it was unsuccessful. what a lousy bank
