I got shoes here on a Saturday but it wasn’t busy at all so that was great. I take a bit of time choosing out shoes so the guy helping me was quite patient with me looking, me trying, and me asking if they had different sizes and such.
The store is a decently sized on the 2nd floor and they’ve got a good selection of products and their quality is quite nice and they’ve got a good price range so you’re bound to find someone you like. It’s mainly a sports shoe store so keep that in mind before visiting.
I would like to thank JX in the Vivocity branch for his exceptional service. He provided in-depth knowledge and precise specifications on the shoes I was looking for. He is definitely a great asset to the team. Will definitely come back again.
Samantha at the outlet at Vivo City attended to me a few minutes ago. I am very impressed by her customer service as she is very helpful, patient and willing to go the extra mile to help me find the shoes (860) that I want and make the follow-up arrangements. I visited the store yesterday and Haz provided great advise on the type of shoes that would fit my requirements. She also provided reasons for her recommendations showing that she knew the products well. Very happy with my experience and the service provided.
Terrible service from the staff on 2 Nov after lunch. All were standing around chitchatting, and not helping.
When approached to try the shoes in my size, the malay lady staff slammed the shoebox down and just walked away.
Went to ASICS next door to purchase my shoes instead.
Great little shop and good service. Sadly the two NB 574s I bought are extremely slippery on wet hard services. The rubber is hard and slippery. The tread pattern means that less than 50% is actually in contact on the ground. I tried roughening the soles, spraying on shoe grip, made no difference. Maybe I got old stock? No other shoes I own are this dangerous. Already slipped and fell over once. I threw them away. Goodbye NB. On to a different brand.
I got a pair of shoes for work from this outlet. Jonathan was helpful and patient in fitting my insoles into the shoes not just once but 3 times. Had to bring them back to exchange, and Jonathan was the one attending to me again. He was very friendly, but not overly friendly like those sales people that make me nervous because they talk too much. It’s usually stressful buying shoes because of my specific requirements but this experience was very pleasant!! thank you :-)

Unpleasant service experience here. Staff came across condescending and impatient. Came with the intention to purchase but felt too frustrated with the service to buy and decided to go to another outlet
I visited the store to purchase a pair of shoes, but the experience was disappointing. Despite the store not being busy—with only two groups of customers present—the staff seemed impatient and lacked experience, which made the shopping experience less enjoyable than expected.
