Excellent service from Ms Kim and Elvis. I went to get my first progressive lenses. Elvis was very helpful in letting me try various frames. Ms Kim is very knowledgeable and patient. She taught me how to use the lenses. I have no regrets getting her recommendation. Hardly any transition needed when using the lenses.

I was searching for a pair of glasses that had probably discontinued. Decided to try this store. Yup no luck still. However, The staff here were amazing!! specially Kim who were so patient and helpful. I did an eye test to determine my eye sight and she was so detailed. Her recommendations were appreciated and she never hard-sell, help me to call other branches to check on stock availability and gave ample information for me to consider. Even though I did not buy anything in the end this time I feel that I must recommend this store that had great service. Will return again in search of my perfect lens.

My experience with them is superb. Jason was very detailed and professional from start to finish. He was patient in answering my queries and would go in-depth so I could comprehend my current condition more. My new spectacles took about a week to arrive so that was a fast turnaround. I’m content with my new spectacles and the whole experience.

I bought two sets of spectacles from this shop today. The staff didnt llet me to inspect the specatcles before i left. She merely showed me and put them in the boxes. The whole service felt rushed. When i left i checked i found the gucci lens were scratched. Upon returning, the staff then mentioned that its normal to have scratches on a demo lens, and the glasses i bought were display sets! She did not mention this before i paid for it. I find this truly dishonest service. Who would want to buy spectacles with scratches?!?? And at least have some honesty to tell me that they are display sets. She then said if i want , i have to wait another week for a new pair. What a shitty attitudd. After arguing further In the end she managed to exchange the lens smehow. Damn shitty shop. Avoid at all cost!

Jason has once again exceeded my expectations in the process of making my spectacles. He is attention to details and precision in his work. This is my second time trusting Jason with my eyewear needs, and I couldn't be happier with the results. His professionalism and expertise make him my go-to optometrist. Highly recommend! Additionally, the making process was quick, and he was meticulous in conducting the eye test, ensuring accuracy and comfort every step of the way. Furthermore, Jason was prompt in his replies, providing excellent customer service throughout the entire process.

Quoted $90 for car wash. Still proudly tell you its only normal car wash nothing else. Bring your car elsewhere and get it normal wash and vacuum for $20, dont waste time here.

I like the Prime Auto Team at Vivocity. Always paying great attention to my car interior. The shiny car paint and the sparkling clean interior make my day! Its reasonably priced too.

Hard sell package even before actual polish and cleaning. Internal cleaning and vacumn alone cost $508 for MPV. Tried to promote membership signup for improved rates. I don't feel good about their business approach and did not proceed with their service.
