The counter staff (young) was rudely asking a group of young boys that they can bring "amah" (me) to visit Sentosa. Is this kindness or rudeness to address a local Singaporean visitor who wished to know more about visiting Sentosa (110625 around 4-5pm)

Short line but moved quickly. They did a good job with the crowds with a good queue system.

Crossing the sea by train costs $4, and we had to wait in line for a long time. Later, a staff member told us that we can directly swipe our credit card with Visa or Master to cross the station without queuing. In fact, they should provide a text notification, which can save a lot of trouble.

I gave it one star less because I can't use the tourist subway ticket card. I have to buy a ticket manually. The 4 SGD ticket allows unlimited rides. This time I took the subway because I wanted to go to Universal Studios. Here's a reference for you.

We were told to go to Vivo Centre opposite Starbucks but there wasn’t any office there. I think this is a scam. I will be getting my money back from my credit card company.

Sentosa Express connects HarbourFront/VivoCity to Sentosa, with a total length of about 2.1 kilometers (one-way). There are 4 stations (VivoCity, Resorts World, Imbiah, Beach) and the train body is colorful (red, yellow, purple, blue, orange, pink, etc.). Daily operating hours are from 07:00 to 00:00, with a frequency of about 3 minutes and a one-way trip of about 8 minutes. From Vivo City to Sentosa, it costs about SGD4 for adults. You can use a credit card to enter the station. Swipe the card directly through the gate (no need to buy a ticket) and scan the credit card (or mobile payment device) in the gate reading area. Each entry will generate a transaction, and two people cannot be swiped repeatedly (one card per person). It is free to return to the city from Sentosa or take the light rail on the island, and no card is required. If you use Apple Watch/mobile phone to pay, you must avoid carrying a physical card close at the same time to avoid repeated card swiping and deduction. If you swipe the wrong card when entering the station, you may not be able to exit the station or be charged twice. It is recommended to use the same card to complete the entire trip. The entrance is on the 3rd floor (Level 3) of Vivo City Shopping Center, next to Food Republic Food Court. After exiting HarbourFront MRT, follow the sign "Sentosa Express" to enter VivoCity. Go upstairs to Level 3 and take the elevator or escalator. Move towards the direction of Food Republic Food Court and you will see it.

DO NOT BUY UNIVERSAL TICKETS FROM HERE. This gets you a voucher to pickup a ticket when you get there when for the same price you can use the kiosk there. You will be very disappointed after waiting in line with a pointless reservation code.

I ordered the strawberry sunrise fruit juice from this shop today and I came down with bad food poisoning. I am someone who is very grateful for shops that sell freshly squeezed juices. And this experience has made me feel so disappointed with the poor hygiene levels at this store. Please ask your staff to clean their hands, use clean gloves, wash the fruits well, clean the equipment and all the surfaces that come into contact with the fruit well.
