Would like to compliment the guy staff there, assist in my screen film and case for my apple watch, he is very professional.
Visited on 1 May around 9:30pm, as recommended by word of mouth, to get myself a phone case and the male staff on duty at the time was very approachable and helpful. The place is nice and clean as well; it was generally a stress-free and pleasant experience.
Tech house is one of the few stores in VivoCity for mobile phone accessories. As distributors for Spigen and UAG, I won’t say much abt the brands because they speak for themselves. The reason why you should drop by is the CUSTOMER SERVICE. Look out for Sam. Top service, good advice, friendly, no obligations and does not product push. I have gone back about 3 times now for cases for my handphones, screen protectors and straps for my Apple Watch.

Had a horrible experience at the ticketing office at Resort world Station, the staff - “Typical local aunt” was rude and unhelpful as she serving me with her mobile phone & no eye contact. And it wasn’t busy at all. That’s just not acceptable!
RWS is undergoing lots of construction works currently, etc. Cable car. Remember you’re hired to work at RWS tourist station, be approachable & professional. Something need to be done about this. What a disgrace.
Incompetent and unprofessional staff. Told us the wrong place and time for the cruise that we paid $105 for. When we arrived the staff told us the time was completely off by 2 hours. An absolute joke.
Terrible customer service. We were directed by the people at the gantry to come here for a QR code for Sentosa access. One of the staff, Marina, was extremely rude from the get go and was practically yelling at us. Buy your tickets online instead.
This appears to be a scam walked completely around and inside the Vivo City mall and no booking office anywhere nor does anyone in the mall know where it is.
FOLLOW UP:
Not a scam but the booking office is on Sentosa Island at the Cable station, not at Vivo City Mall as indicated on Google Maps and the email sent with the tickets link.
