Dear Sir, I have been a regular shopper in Vivo City.
I have been privileged to meet Miss Ang , Senior Store Manager Lac since it's existence.
Together, with Ms Brenda Yia a Senior Supervisor.
Both Miss Ang and Ms Yia, are excellent in customer service and their knowledge of LAC products and it's pharmaceutical values are commendable.
Today I am in Vivo City Lac, and hear both their conversation to walk in customer's aged parents finding difficulty to sleep and recommended the product required. The customer was delighted and made his purchase which is Tri Action Sleep Formula recommended by Miss Ang. Good job Miss Ang, I am sure the sales here is fantastic from my observations.
Meanwhile, Ms Yia , was busy
with a young couple interested who purchased serious mass - Masc Tech . The purchase was made by the satisfied couple. Well done, Miss Yia.
Alicia a new team member is well trained by both Miss Ang ands Yia.
Their personalities in welcoming all customers is harmonious and commendable . I am one of them treated with same excellent vibes.

Meow is an extremely customer friendly staff. The other staff include Brenda and Alicia have gone beyond their call for duty. They have certainly make shopping at LAC, an impressionable experience.

I had a terrible experience at Vivocity LAC.
Brenda, a senior supervisor, provided incorrect information about a product and seemed to be selling without proper knowledge. When I later verified with another product and questioned her and check with my advisor about it, she gave a poor explanation instead of admitting the mistake. Rather than handling the situation professionally, she displayed a bad attitude and unfriendly expressions, making the experience even worse.
As a senior supervisor, I expected better knowledge and customer service. This experience left me deeply disappointed, and I will not be returning. Be careful when shopping here, as they seem to sell products without proper advice. I do not recommend this store to anyone looking for reliable health and nutrition guidance.
Great customer services provided by the staff there. Especially Alicia. Recommended me the products that I needed. Went the extra mile to compare different products and explain clearly what’s suitable for me. Definitely will drop by again!

Exceptional customer service. As a loyal user of LAC products, I willingly travel across Singapore to the HarbourFront outlet solely for the outstanding service provided by Ms. Brenda. She consistently keeps me informed about promotions whenever my stock runs low, even going the extra mile to remind me. With each visit, I typically spend between $500 to $1,500, and it always feels worthwhile. Additionally, she possesses extensive knowledge of the products. Since I carefully research supplements and their ingredients before consuming them, conventional sales pitches are ineffective for me. However, her genuine expertise and service-oriented approach make a significant difference.
Ms. Brenda does not employ aggressive sales tactics, as I tend to walk away at the first sign of insincerity or high-pressure selling. Instead, she prioritizes customer convenience and needs, fostering strong and lasting relationships. Her dedication is evident, as I have observed many customers warmly greeting and thanking her, a testament to the positive impact she has on those she serves. Having visited multiple times, I have personally witnessed the strong rapport she has built with her customers.
I have never encountered a retail sales professional so dedicated to exceeding the typical scope of their role. She is truly an invaluable asset to any sales team.

I decided to buy 1 box of LAC Stem C to try for a month and it would have cost me about roughly $320 (after discount) if the sales person hadn't suggested that my husband signs up for a GNC membership and to buy under his name.
As a new GNC member you get 40% off your first purchase and 35% off the second. If the purchase is above $300, the membership of $15 will be waived. In the end, I bought LAC Stem C and LAC Taut Collagen Drink for only $303.77 after discount and my husband got his membership for free!
Taking the sales lady's advice, I saved $209.18 and even got the Pine Bark Supplement (worth $238) for free!
Definitely not expensive, but the food is really bad. Especially the beef very fishy...... we just finished the vegetables. two different order made use the same soup. I think just because there’s crowded in food republic. so they will have business. or else there won’t be any regular customers back for their food.
