I had a terrible experience at Vivocity LAC.
Brenda, a senior supervisor, provided incorrect information about a product and seemed to be selling without proper knowledge. When I later verified with another product and questioned her and check with my advisor about it, she gave a poor explanation instead of admitting the mistake. Rather than handling the situation professionally, she displayed a bad attitude and unfriendly expressions, making the experience even worse.
As a senior supervisor, I expected better knowledge and customer service. This experience left me deeply disappointed, and I will not be returning. Be careful when shopping here, as they seem to sell products without proper advice. I do not recommend this store to anyone looking for reliable health and nutrition guidance.

Review on LAC at basement Vivocity, agree that the sales is very lousy also VERY hard selling as if you cant get out from the store without buying anything. We finally bought one item, still before making a payment, the cashier made another attempt to get another item which so much so at the end total altogether sound worth buy. Not knowing, realized that cashier deducted the Bonus$ Redemption WITHOUT asking or clear explanation to us! What kind of sales is this! Warning to all buyers!

The shop and prosucts are good but one of the sales is damn lousy. She kept pushing me to buy the mass weight gainer that I was not looking for. Then I asked her about other brand which is available on the gnc website, she blindly told me they are the same, just different brand. Obviously that was not the case, the nutrition facts are different!!! Then i went to another branch in Harbourfront Centre, asked same question, and the sales there explained to me that the product I was looking for is only available online, she is very patient and always kind even I finally decided to buy online. Such a huge difference between these 2 branches. Brand and products are important however, the people in that company also matter a lot!!!!!!

She consistently keeps me informed about promotions whenever my stock runs low, even going the extra mile to remind me. With each visit, I typically spend between $500 to $1,500, and it always feels worthwhile. Additionally, she possesses extensive knowledge of the products. Since I carefully research supplements and their ingredients before consuming them, conventional sales pitches are ineffective for me. However, her genuine expertise and service-oriented approach make a significant difference.
Ms. Brenda does not employ aggressive sales tactics, as I tend to walk away at the first sign of insincerity or high-pressure selling. Instead, she prioritizes customer convenience and needs, fostering strong and lasting relationships. Her dedication is evident, as I have observed many customers warmly greeting and thanking her, a testament to the positive impact she has on those she serves. Having visited multiple times, I have personally witnessed the strong rapport she has built with her customers.

Both Miss Ang and Ms Yia, are excellent in customer service and their knowledge of LAC products and it's pharmaceutical values are commendable.
Today I am in Vivo City Lac, and hear both their conversation to walk in customer's aged parents finding difficulty to sleep and recommended the product required.
