I would like to give 0 stars if possible. You will never be able to find this outlet in vivo city. We searched for 1 hour and gave up. This is the reason theres not even a single picture of the outlet taken by anybody. Hongkong egglet is cheating people.

The girl serving me & my friend was rude & impatient. I bought chocolate egglet, and it was so hard. The price was unreasonably high too. I do not recommend at all.

I wished I saw reviews beforehand so I didn’t have to come here. Worst experience ever and walking away is needed. No one follows the queue set for COVID guidelines and there’s no area on where to place order or collect your orders. Staff just stands there while we wait to order and another customer decided to block the area while in her phone after ordering. Staff thinks it’s okay. Received eyeball roll and stares when I asked if we can order. Friendly advice: don’t waste your time here.

Attracted by the name “Hong Kong egglet” but was disappointed by the product. I ordered original waffle with peanut butter, which is a usual in Hong Kong, but it was not authentic - The waffle was slightly hard (must have been in the waffle maker 30 seconds too long), it should be like cloud with a softy comfy texture; The peanut butter was dry, you need butter to keep the waffle moist. It’s not horrible but wont buy again as it is not truly Hong Kong style.

Located at the turning corner where Nam Kee Pau is. Various payment options and egglet was ready when purchased at 8+pm on a Friday. No queue. Scan to pay and Go. Still OK at $3 (very slight price increase), but more than that will be too expensive. Eat once in a blue moon, eaten hot and crispy.

This lady in the picture was extremely rude and disrespectful I asked her politely for 2 char siew pau and she said "I don't sell it, there it is in front" and rolled her eyes. I ordered the pau from her as she was standing under the sign which said "Nam Kee Pau". After I took her picture she left the stall unattended and was about to hit me. She then demanded that I deleted the picture or she would call the police on me. What disgustingly bad behaviour from a shop assistant. Not only was she extremely rude, she wanted to get physical for something she did wrong.

we decided to give in to the heavenly smell of egg waffles and grab an original waffle! the waffles were fresh, steaming hot and crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. the lady serving us was quite slow, but nice. we wouldn't mind coming back for another egglet when we feel like it!

The food continues to draw in customers. It is simple but addictive. Simple ingredients that get you hooked and spellbound. Now, there are more varieties to choose from. To me, the original still stands out and stands tall.😋

The Vivo outlet only sell egglet but their other branch has offering such waffles with premium flavour Durian! Beside the tradition waffle they also have hotdog waffle! What I love about is that it is made fresh on the spot upon order. Love their egglet that is crispy on the outside, slightly chewy in texture and has a nice fragrant egg smell. Is also very fun to break it one by one and munch 😋

Would give 0 stars if i could. The egglet was not made fresh and it was so hard and empty. Not the soft fluffy HK egglets you would expect. Most of my egglets were empty so it was just some overly crispy and burnt egglet. extremely sad. i ordered pandan but u can’t even tell from the picture. Would not even pay $0.50 for this lol
